Spa und Pool toll.
Location is perfect over looking the lake and not far from all the ski lifts. Facilities are great and the hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
No aircon but you can leave the window / door open as it’s very quiet.

Everything! Except the bed, too stiff for me.

First, I commend all the staff for their helpfulness, especially the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to understand and empathise. Nothing was too much trouble. The check in process was laborious after a complicated journey. I feel that the parking situation could have been better explained on arrival as that added to my stress. I filled in my allergies in the box at check in but these were not transmitted to the restaurant staff. I found breakfast disappointing and had to buy my own cornflakes as there were no gluten free options. I asked for bacon, tomatoes and sausages for breakfast and was told that these were only available as part of an omlette - considering I am allergic to eggs I found this somewhat limiting. There was no cottage cheese or rice milk. We asked for a large cup of decaff coffee but only received a half full cup. I feel that the labels on the buffet food should be in English and German. The service was somewhat slow at dinner. Twice we were brought an incorrect meal. I had the beef ribs one evening which were inedible as they were all greasy fat with no meat. There are not many options for dessert for wheat, egg, cheese and gluten allergies. Overall the food was disappointing and not great quality. Arosa is beautiful. Our apartment was very comfortable, especially the beds. It is great that dogs are so welcome. The grandchildren had great fun in the pool. I would visit again and hope the food and restaurant service improve.
We truly enjoyed our stay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is very elegant, and what we loved most was the beautiful interior design. The natural wooden furniture gave the entire place a warm atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surrounding mountains and nature.
We stayed in a Panorama Room with a lake-view balcony, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was a unique experience and definitely one we would love to repeat.
The spa and all the facilities were excellent, and we also appreciated the convenient underground parking provided by the hotel.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large, spotless, and well-designed.
The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the café located just below the hotel. Overall, it was the perfect place for relaxation, comfort, and a memorable getaway.

Fantastic place in Arosa to stay as a family. Very comfortable location and good facilities. Staff was fantastic and supported us with all requests and questions. Very clean and nicely styled rooms and common areas. Overall feeling was very solid. We will happily come back.
Breakfast was tasty, but offering could have been a bit broader to match overall feeling of the hotel (that was very good).
Additional EV chargers for indoor parking would have been appreciated to avoid queue, considering flat rate for charging.
