EL EXCELENTE TRATO DEL PERSONAL. TE ATIENDEN ESTUPENDAMENTE DESDE QUE PONES EL PRIMER PIE EN EL HOTEL.

Amazing stay, we will definitely come again.
Pros:

The hotel was so beautiful. Everybody was extremely kind and very helpful. Big thank you to all the staff, you guys exceeded every expectation. Breakfast was amazing as was the pool, jaccuzi, rooftop, rooms etc. Located in muro, you reach Palma within 40 minutes, so it was very easy to go everywhere.

A NIGHTMARE TO ESCAPE FROM

Nothing, It was such a horrible experience that I left the hotel 2 hours after I checked in and had to find a place to sleep

There is no parking in the building and no agreement with any parking anywhere. It is a beach area and there are no public parkings and every spot on the road is taken.
The ladies in the front desk are a disaster. They have no idea about their job and how to treat customers. They gave me room card keys twice that did not work and forced me to go down to reception and replace them and when i called reception one of them asked me in a rude way "do you want to come down and get new keys or not?.
The first room I was given had a horrible smell of tobacco and I had to go down again to reception and protest. The second room was even worse and I forced one of the staff reception persons to go up and check for herself. It was stinking as if 5 people had been smoking here for hours and she asked me if it did smell????? Unbelievable... all non smoking rooms and the smell was just impossible to sleep in those rooms. Finally they found a room that did not smell.
But then the minibar was not working (it was hot inside) and the wifi was not working on my laptop and on both cell phones. My wife went down to reception to protest once again (I could not go because I was already upset beyond reconciliation) and they told her, quote, "it must be your phone that is not working with wifi" and "the minibar is not meant to cool down the drinks". My wife asked the reception lady to show her wifi was working on her phone and it wasnt and then when we were packing our bags to leave the hotel a repair person knocked on our door and said "I am here to fix the minibar" (if it was not meant to cool down the drinks, why did they send the technician???). It is as if they were making fun of us. But they were not. They just have no idea of what their role is, of what their job is.
I asked 5 times to talk to the manager/sub-director and he did not call me or showed up at the front desk to discuss the problem. He only said there could be no reimbursement.

Comfortable with the luxurious feel
Pros:

We really liked our stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. The town is a sleepy town not far from playa de Muro and other attractions located in the north of the island (Alcúdia, Pollença). You will need a car though

It would be nice if the rooms were equipped with the line to hang the clothes for drying
