So da localização, era perto da entrada da Transpantaneira,isso foi perfeito, porem é um hotel que deve ter sido criado com muito cuidado ( plantas por todo o lugar,peças bonitas de decoração). E agora parece que esta " largado "

Cons:

Porem os quartos totalmente descuidados, batente das portas acabados, fresta grande entre parede e forro, pintura muito acabada, tivemos que trocar de quarto pois acabamos ficando mais uma noite.
Esse a televisão nao estava funcionando.

Great location for the Transpantaneira. Plain and simple.
Pros:

Very convenient for the Transpantaneira. Plain simple accommodation. Comfortable bed and good shower. The dining area has some interesting artefacts in it. Set around a small plant courtyard. Good value.

O hotel está bem localizado, tem o sesc próximo e uma praça com comidinhas. A equipe é muito simpática e deram várias dicas legais.

Cons:

O hotel está meio abandonado, faltando manutenção. O papel de parede do quarto estava caindo e com um cheiro estranho. O banheiro não tem box e tem bolor na parede. O café da manhã tinha bastante variedades, mas os jogos americanos em cima das mesas que são de pano, estavam manchados, dando a sensação de sujos. O lugar tem muito potencial, mas poderia ter mais cuidado com a manutenção predial e a limpeza.
