Do NOT stay here
Pros:

Its location is the only good thing about this property.

Cons:

The room had only one working plug and parts of the ceiling was hanging down, there were scratches all over the walls and the bed and floor were covered in hair and stains. There was a massive leak as soon as you walked in which soaked the carpet by the front door with a bucket doing nothing. Reception is dingy and the baggage store is just leaving bags around reception and trusting the one staff member there to not rob you and they have very odd liability rules displayed in the reception. Doors are also held open by screwdrivers as door stops and there were tools lying about which is a health and safety risk as well as just really making the place feel weird. As 2 female travellers we did not feel safe in this property and ultimately decided to check out and book a premier inn instead. When we checked out we were interrogated by the staff member as to what we meant by we didnt feel safe in a very passive aggressive way and i had to state numerous times that we were checking out. Non refundable room so money lost but safety comes first. Do not stay here.

A very friendly hotel and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The receptionist, George, gave me a very warm and friendly welcome, and very kindly upgraded me to a larger room with a window, which was brilliant. The bed was really comfortable and it was so quiet. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

I wasn't as impressed with the cleanliness of the room, although the majority was absolutely fine. There were a few areas which had been overlooked. I would still happily stay here again though.

Amazing staff - terrible rooms
Pros:

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are NOT suitable for 2 people, the rooms barely fit the beds, have mould, the entrance has severe weather tightness issues - there was a waterfall in the corridor because it has been raining.

El hotel esta muy bien en relacion calidad precio, la ubicación muy buena con paradas de metro y bus cerca y el personal encantador sobre todo andres.
