De locatie is goed, dichtbij Gloucester Road metro station

Location was excellent. Staff were nice too.

Cons:

Room didn’t have a window as per the picture. No air con or fan. The room was boiling and due to the size of the room and lack of window, the heat kept all night. The mattress topper had a 3/4 inch bump which I couldn’t iron out/ remove. Walls were paper thin, could hear conversations from two rooms down. The bathroom stunk of cigarettes. The pillows all had new labels which I had to remove.

Cons:

El detalle decía que incluía toiletries, asi q no lleve y no habia nada mas q Jabón de manos.
La cama no es cómoda, no estaba bien organizada y el baño estaba sucio.
Yo elegí una habitacion sin ventana, pero no me.imaginaba que era del tamaño de un walking closet.
El baño es tan pequeño que al bañarse se mojaba todo el piso.

Cheap, good location, but noisy, dirty, poorly maintained.
Pros:

Location is decent as it's a short walk to Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations. Staff were friendly, and the room was quite cheap.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned smelt like sewage, which made me feel sick, it looked like it wasn't cleaned properly either; dirt on the floor (and outside the room) and stains on the duvet cover. Second room was better, but the walls were incredibly thin, I could hear everything from the room next door. It was also a little cold, with no heating or air conditioning.

Great value if you are looking for a small room in Kensington.
Pros:

Great location- easy access to the Underground, Kensington Gardens, etc. Desk staff were friendly and helpful- carried my bags up 3 flights of stairs! Bed was comfortable but the room was super tiny. Fine for me, but barely enough room for my suitcase, so would not have worked if there were another person (or even suitcase) in the room.

Cons:

Would have been nice if the room had a tea kettle.
