Important information:

Villa del Mare Resort accepts small and medium-sized pets (cats excluded)), provided they are well behaved. For the respect of all guests and for the common rules of hygiene, we ask you to follow these rules of conduct:

- The pet supplement is €25 per night and includes: disposable mat, bowl for food and water, more thorough room cleaning with suitable detergents/sanitizers and sanitization after each stay;

- Small and medium-sized dogs not exceeding 15 kg are allowed;

- In common areas, animals must be kept on a leash or a pet carrier must be used; all the catering areas and the garden are excluded, where only the passage is allowed.

- It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal onto beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.; pet owners accept full responsibility for damage to property and/or people that may be caused by their pets.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The facility exceeded expectation despite frustration with a non-working phone and help with hot tub
Pros:

The room was spacious, modern, and had great amenities, i.e. (jacuzzi tub, step-in shower, double vanity, refrigerator, and a sprawling balcony with a hot tub.

Cons:

The phone in the room did not work at all. Anytime that I needed something, I had to go downstairs. The desk clerk on night duty didn't seem to know how to do anything (i.e. fix the phone, work the hot tub, etc.). He even suggested that I wait until the next day to use the hot tub. Little to no initiative was shown.

Albergo bellissimo moderno davanti al mare, sono andato per un convegno in pieno novembre però se dovessi ritornarci d'estate sicuramente non. ho dubbi so dove alloggiare...

Forse la colazione salata potrebbe essere più completa ma per il resto niente da dire su dolci succhi e servizio del personale
