Pros:

No milk with the tea or coffee in the room. Room was cleaned but no towels. Had to wait a while to get towels. Overall the hotel needs to be uodated.

Pros:

The hotel is very good, I have enjoyed during my stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is unique, big shoping center in the vicinity few steps away, good restaurants with a delicious food are not far from the hotel. Full facility in the hotels apartment with sitting sofa, microwave, kitchen, frig so on with enough space in the sitting area.

I like staying in this hotel and this is my second time to book this hotel and in the future I will not hesitate to come back to this hotel

although I have a confirmation, they rejected to give me the room because the hotel is full, until I spoke with the manager, so he decided to give me the room.

No towels in the bathroom.

The bedroom is fine and clean.
