I liked how comfortable & clean it was

The staff were really friendly

It has nice facilities, a nice bar downstairs.

Cons:

Only thing I had a problem with the heating & water pipes were kind of noisy.

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba perfecto. La cama era súper cómoda.

Cons:

La ubicación no está mal, tiene una parada de metro a 5min que te lleva a todos lados. Aunque es verdad que la zona es regular. La calefacción no funcionaba o no sabíamos ponerla.

Looked like the pictures. There was a games room on the floor where you could access tea/coffee. Portable fan heater in room.

Pros:

The room was great with the terrace and although the heating or air con didn't work they were replaced by plug in ones already in room

Cons:

Didn't like that the staff was not very welcoming and that you had to leave your room for a hot drink machine that served awful drinks

A lovely and quirky hotel, definitely worth a visit! Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Loved the quirky industrial style of the hotel interior and the rooms. Overall very clean and well presented. My rooms was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the shower/wet room was great. It was very easy to control the temperature of the room. The breakfast was served quickly and tasted good. Also mini pastries and toast etc all available for you to serve yourself.

Cons:

It’s a small thing, but there are no tea making facilities in the rooms. There is free tea/coffee/hot chocolate machines on each floor in a communal area but this is inconvenient last thing at night and first thing in the morning when you don’t really want to have to get dressed just so you don’t scare the other guests as you want a hot drink!! As I said it’s not a major thing but it was inconvenient

Nice place, but the Staff needs to be more attentive, clear and organized.
Pros:

Nice room, easy to get to other places in London. Good looking interior and a nice Lobby/Bar area. Cozy and clean rooms and nice bathrooms.

Cons:

The staff was Largely disinterested and hard to work with. We booked 2 breakfasts but the waiter didn't write it down and had to come back to ask what we ordered 3 times, only to tell us we 'don't have it booked on the system'. We were pushed for time so we only got one breakfast that morning when we had to leave early and were in a rush.
When we went to pay, the checkout desk didn't make it clear what we were being charged at all, as we didn't get our breakfast and we didn't want to pay for it.

The hotel decoration and food

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facility in room. The room was large enough to have had this available. The shower room was great to look at, but using meant walking in and out of the room with wet feet. Complimentary slippers may be a good idea for future guests
