Excellent stay, staff accomadating. To improve, need heating lamps on the terrace by the seating and jacuzzi

Couldn’t understand why they did not have any heating lamps available on the terrace by the seating or jacuzzi. Made no sense considering we are in England and the weather is mostly cold and wet

room was very clean and nice a bit of mould around bathroom sealant is my only real complaint of any kind

I love the hotel and will definitely visit again, great area, really friendly staff, very clean

Clean comfortable and ideally located
Pros:

Location was ideal for Abba Voyage

Cons:

Shower and toilet , design was floored as the ventilation was none existent so the whole room was steamed up and wet

Hotel was close to metro and if you don't mind 30-min walk, you can reach the Tower and Tower Bridge.

Cons:

Dirty streets, loudy nights due to traffic and people. Small breakfasts.
