Pros:

The set up was nice and the location .

Cons:

We had an outlet that blew up and they didn't change our room . Almost blew my husband hand off . They were not willing to accommodate

Dommage que cet hôtel soit situer dans ce quartier car il est bien.
Pros:

Personnel attentif et sympa. Établissement avec deco moderne.

Cons:

Pas aimer le quartier ( mon avis personnel), c’était bruyant, on était côté route et on entendait le bruit de la rue.

Comfortable, convenient, cosy (for one).
Pros:

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
I had an overnight in London for a meeting that got cancelled; I kept the hotel room and glad I did.
The massive comfy bed was great, with a suitably gritty view of an abandoned hospital from the picture window.
What I did like was the (empty) game room, which would double as a workspace. The lobby was also available as a workspace, and handy to have an appealing bar/restaurant at hand.

I'd return to stay, and have already revisited to use as a remote workspace.

Cons:

The wet-room pod was my least-fave bit. You have to mop down the toilet after a shower.
The lobby was a bit too loud to serve as the advertised remote work space

Tesis çok yeni, temizlik ve konforu iyiydi. Özel kartlar ile her yere giriliyordu. Bu bizi biraz olsun güvende hissettirdi. Ücretsiz kahve vs. vardı.

Cons:

Tek sorun otelin çevresi. Hotelin dışında ne yazık ki kendimizi güvende hissetmedik. Otelin içi ne kadar güzelse dışarısı çok kötüydü. Bu konuda otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok tabi… Buna dikkat eden kişiler için bilgi vermek istedim.

Cons:

**Disappointing food and service despite a good room**

I chose New Road Hotel because I was attending a two-day workshop there, and staying at the same venue seemed like the most convenient option.

The room itself was very good for a London stay. However, be prepared for some noise, particularly if you are staying on a Friday evening. Given the hotel's location on a main road, this was somewhat expected.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the food and service.

Lunch was included as part of our workshop booking, but the vegetarian options were extremely limited, with sometimes only one option available. When I requested an alternative, I was told it was not possible. I even asked if they could replace it with eggs, but that was also refused. There seemed to be very little consideration for vegetarian guests, let alone vegans.

Things got even worse on the second day, when the staff appeared to be struggling to organise lunch, despite our group being the only one waiting to be served. I had specifically requested a mushroom-free option, but when my name was called, I was given a dish containing mushrooms. As I am not allergic, I started picking them out and adding pepper to make the meal more palatable. When I asked for a separate plate to remove the mushrooms, the staff took my plate away.

It seems they eventually realised they had given me the wrong order, but instead of handling the situation appropriately, they served my partially eaten and tampered-with plate to another person in our group. This was completely unacceptable. It was only when I questioned what had happened that they provided her with a fresh meal.

Overall, the food was extremely disappointing, and the staff's friendliness, attention to detail and efficiency left a lot to be desired. The lack of flexibility and consideration for dietary requirements was particularly frustrating.

The room was good, but the dining experience seriously let the hotel down.

Modern hotel, nice clean rooms but noisy on street side and breakfast not value for money
Pros:

Modern hotel, really clean, nice room and friendly staff

Cons:

Our room on the road side was really noisy late at night and I didn’t feel the breakfast was worth the money, one slice of thin sourdough with a spreading of avocado and 2 eggs. We pre paid for it and it turned out you had to pay extra for things like hash browns and coffee that wasn’t filter. For £17 I’d expect to have these included.
