La decoración
The beds would make lots of noise when you turned at night. The cars from the street were lou. The bar area, it was freezing. The bathroom had not shower curtain or glass so the water would go over the floor.
Good location and good amenities and layout
There were some bugs spotted on the bed :/
Good food, nice rooms, roof terrace good
Tea making facilities
Personnel attentif / Boisson chaude à volonté / chambre spacieuse
Rien à redire
Czysto, cicho, blisko busy i metro . Ciekawy wystrój.Blisko ścisłego centrum. Miły personel. Smaczne śniadania. Możliwość nieodpłatnego zostawienia bagażu.
The staff were fantastic, and for the first time, we didn't have a single thing to complain about! They responded quickly to every situation, making us feel like we were on a proper holiday—relaxed, carefree, and well taken care of.
Nothing!
Close to the Whitechapel tube stop (less than a 5-minute walk), it's also on the Elizabeth line straight to Heathrow. The rooms are large and, more importantly had working AC! We arrived during a heatwave, and it was much appreciated.
I arrived at the hotel at 1.30pm and asked the receptionist if I could check in. He replied tersely, "It's £20" to check in early. I could understand if this was 11 am, but it was an hour and a half before check-in and the room was clearly ready. I didn't need access to the room; all I wanted was to put my bag somewhere. I declined the £20 offer and took him up on his offer of storing my bag. I really don't like hotels that already charge a lot of money {£200+ per night) and then ask for an additional charge. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Stayed for one night in London and came away abit disappointed. We had booked a standard room but were instead allocated a disabled access room, with no prior notice or explanation at check-in.
While I appreciate the importance of accessible rooms, the layout and facilities were quite different from what we expected and had reserved. It felt like we were not given the room type we had paid for, which was frustrating.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff were polite. The surrounding area also felt quite rough and not particularly welcoming, it didn’t feel safe compared to other areas in London I had stayed before. I understand I should have researched the location more before booking.
For a short stay it was acceptable, but between the incorrect room type and the location, it did not meet expectations and I would be hesitant to return.

The hotel had some lovely decoration. The room was clean and had a lovely shower. We also had the room with a hot tub which was a lovely treat. The staff were very nice too.
Communication was a bit poor with the hotel. We messaged and called a number of times to confirm that we could check in early. We were told our room would be ready by 12pm but unfortunately wasn’t ready until 2pm so our plans were messed up. The hotel is on a very busy street so was quite loud well into the night.
