The hotel is great (the building is new and it has spacious and clean room, nice rooftop pool and friendly staff) and is in a great location, close to a few nice restaurants and within walking distance to the city center. Totally recommended!
The staff and accommodations are very nice and friendly, and is in a good part of tulum
Property was clean. Beer price was expensive and when we asked for confirmation that the price was correct the bartender ignored us. We also paid for breakfast and on the Monday they told us jt was not available. Better to go out for breakfast.
Had a great and short stay. The only thing was the AC unit wasn't working well and the room did get a bit warm. Overall great experience.

Nice boutique hotel, a little off the main road but you have restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Felt safe and quiet.
Once again the staff at Naay elevated our experience. Last night I realized I had lost my Armani glasses. In minutes Cristopher the manager came to the rooftop, found us and returned them. Next level. Kindness from staff was real. Omar the concierge, really came through in helping us book a reservation and finding us a phenomenal beach that wasn’t over the top price wise. These Naay employees made our trip.
The jewel of Tulum after few days now we get what’s all the fuss is all about. The Naay Tulum Hotel is the perfect place to stay and enjoy specially the cenotes and the Beaches. Both are short drive and beautiful the hotel staff are good in assisting all your needs. The Hotel is compared to Cancun Hotel but rooms are very spacious and clean. We highly recommend this Hotel if you’re planning to visit Tulum. JA
Beautiful property with the friendliest staff
This property is a gem! From our check-in experience with Christopher, Omar & Jesus - to the amazing rooftop restaurant team Primo, Jorge, and Rodrigo we had an awesome stay. Clean, elegant & quiet. The front desk team - including Ivan - went above and beyond!
I arrived a day early for a bachelorette party and so I booked a room at Naay through Expedia, and it was fabulous. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus it has a lovely rooftop pool and restaurant with reasonable prices.
Then the Airbnb we were supposed to stay in didn't work out after a night (let's just say there were some issues) and I'm grateful the entire party was able to check into the hotel for two nights and i could vouch for the hotel. It felt like a homecoming --all the staff were like, "welcome back!" haha.
While they're not on the beach, they have a deal with some beach clubs so you can use their facilities as long as you meet a minimum. I would definitely stay here again.

Before spending the night on the beach, we spent the evening in this town hotel. The level of service was exceptional. Enjoyed the cocktail service while lounging by the rooftop pool throughout the evening. That evening, I intended to tour downtown, but I became very engrossed in unwinding at the hotel.
Naay is a lovely hotel. It's in a quiet spot in the jungle, not in the busier hotel zone of Tulum. The staff is very friendly and professional, quick to respond to any needs. Good bar on the roof, and a nice pool, too. The cost is reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. The room was comfortable, including a good mattress and high quality beddings.
My sister and I vacationed here for five nights. We were beyond pleased with the service, accommodations and rooftop pool and restaurant. We loved the quinoa bowl and key lime pie! The service at the restaurant was exceptional. Angel and Edmundo were fantastic. The room had everything we needed, including ice-cold AC! And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to and from the Cancun airport. This location is very close to spas, restaurants and convenience stores. We loved Fitalicious and Lotuspa nearby. We plan to return for another vacation!
We love it! The rooftop restaurant and pool is luxurious and fun. Angel and Eduardo were our attentive, professional and friendly waiters. The food was fresh and tasty. We loved the lemon pie and quinoa bowl! The room is contemporary, clean and includes everything you need. The front desk staff are great too! They helped us coordinate a local tour. Paula was great. A 7-11, retail shops, spas and restaurants are all within walking distance. We loved this hotel and wouldn’t change a thing. We stayed for five nights and it was the perfect length to relax and explore the area. We plan to return for another relaxing vacation.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and balloons — so sweet and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!
