Clean room. Grand hotel. Free parking. Central location. Good price.
No aircon. Windows only opened a small amount. Couldn't get the room cool. Desk fan was a bit useless.
Das Hotel hat Charme, es ist sauber, dsd Personal sehr freundlich. das Frühstück umfassend und vielfältig. Die Barpreise absolut angemessen, nicht überteuert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Parken kostenlos, Bezahlung ausschließlich elektronisch.
Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.
Love the design, rustic and elegant
No air conditioning ( I can’t imagine staying there in the middle of summer) guess it goes with the rustic design and no complimentary water in the room.

Great location, spacious room, good tea making facilities, big bathroom, lovely communal areas with lovely seating, nice clean towels, comfy bed and lovely staff.
Only one pillow on each side of the bed with no additional pillows anywhere in the room. A couple extra pillows in the wardrobe would be a good idea.
A glass screen instead of a shower curtain would also help modernise the feel of the bathroom.

Great central location close to some good pubs, Bradford's football ground and lister parkrun which were the main reasons for my visit. The Bed was soft, nice pillows and I had a great nights sleep. The shower was powerful and warm, and they had real ale on tap in the bar(s) downstairs.
Only slight issue was the toilet flush was a little on the hard side, otherwise great (I didn't report it as I managed). Slightly more shower gel would have been nice, but shops are close by if you need more.
Ideal location for a trip to the theatre and for the shopping centre. Excellent value for money and a really good breakfast. Also a great place for a bar lunch
I found everything satisfactory
The Staff were very helpful and friendly rooms were large and clean my favourite part was the entrance from the Parking area the old Victorian entrance way with tiled walls and planked walkway fantastic area
The Hotel was very empty and the local area did not feel safe not the Hotels fault
I did book in for Breakfast at extra cost the Fruit and pastries were good but the Cooked Breakast was very over cooked Backon like Cardboard Egg not runny generally cold only hot item was the Baked Beans that had been Microwaved could have been better
