Pros:

Beautifully clean, staff very friendly and doing their utmost to keep you comfy. Loved the staircase.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't worth the money you pay for it. The beds aren't especially comfy.

Great experience and pleasantly surprized by this city hotel.
Pros:

Able to park and boost an electric car. Staff lovely. Main entrance and bar area great and welcoming. Room good size. Hotel and rooms lovely and clean. Location perfect for our needs.

Cons:

One of the bedrooms was tired looking and awaiting an upgrade. Bathroom especially needed modernising. (But we're not complaining and it didn't stop our enjoyment of just being there.) Large bed created by pushing two twins together but topper could do with being thicker so that you didn't feel the join/gap.
