Uma decepção pois eu conheço outros hotéis da Rede, sei que o serviço não é assim.

Ar-condicionado sem manutenção, estava pingando no quarto, acionei duas vezes a recepção e não fui trocada de quarto, propuseram trocar de quarto 11h40 da noite
