Péssimo check-in. Gastei exatos 25 min, isso porque não havia fila, era o único em atendimento.. O motivo da demora é porque fizeram o favor de debitar o cartão cadastrado na reserva e tive que fazer o estorno para utilizar meu cartão fisico. Optei por esse hotel APENAS por nao requerir pré pagamento na reserva.. porém não respeitam.. debitaram meu cartão as 12 horas, no inicio do período da diária, e me vieram com conversa fiada que foi por segurança para no-show. Outros pontos negativos, cobram estacionamento a parte e o valor de diária não comparável com o que entregam em estrutura de quarto e banheiros. Pelo mesmo valor existem infinitas opções melhores.
