Haus mit Stil, sehr nette Dame am Empfang, Bad/Dusche sehr schön und grosszügig, Zimmer und Bett i. O.

Cons:

Haus hätte trotz Charme eine Renovation nötig, SPA Bereich sehr unsauber (nur einmal kurz versucht), Frühstück freudlos, keine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine (resp. gar keine), kein Orangen Saft, kein Brot (nur Toast ). Na ja, 4 Georgische Sterne sind noch lange keine Weststandart Sterne. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Beautiful building and nice place to stay
Pros:

The building is very beautiful!! The place is a kind of historical museum and I enjoyed a stay a lot. The Spa was very nice, but you should book in advance. The breakfast had few options, but that was fine with me. There was no restaurant, but that was ok too since there are plenty of them just a few minutes walk away. There is a nice park just 1 minute walk, you can drink borjomi as much as you want just from the special fountain, and also a nice promenade along a small river, especially beautiful at night.

Очень классная локация, и сам формат старинного дома прекрасен
Очень хорошая сотрудница на ресепшене

Cons:

Номер мог бы быть побольше
Сауна не работала, хамам тоже еле-еле
На завтрак хорошо бы добавить нормальный кофе (эспрессо/капучино)

Pros:

Гостеприимный персонал, исторические интерьеры, чистота. Мы были не в сезон, возникло ощущение, что мы единственные гости этого отеля.

Cons:

Все отлично, не хватала вешалки на входе дл верхней одежды в номере люкс по входе и кофе. Я рано встаю, до 8.30 пришлось ждать персонал, но напоили щедро, с грузинским радушием!

Such a beautiful hotel and location. Greeted by an efficient but very friendly receptionist. A fabulous room which was comfortable and clean. The spa was so decorative and a really tranquil space to be. The breakfast was varied with delicious food and drinks.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all lovely.

An effortless luxury hotel inside a heritage building
Pros:

The perfect hotel in Georgia. Heritage building, amazing renovation, wonderful staff who treated my friend and I as princesses, generous and quality breakfast, this is an effortless luxury hotel inside a historic building of an ex Iranian embassy.

Cons:

All great and beyond. Unfortunately we didn’t try the in-house spa.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. This classic building is historic and fascinating. The large suite was comfortable. The spa facility was relaxing and we used it daily. You must schedule your time in the spa but then you have it to yourself.
Location is excellent. Parking was free in the public lot next door.

Fine, but you could do as well staying in a cheaper place in Borjomi with a little more warmth.
Pros:

The building is, of course, absolutely gorgeous. The spa was also fabulous, and it was great to have an hour there available each day. The shower pressure was amazing!

Cons:

The room itself was roomy and the bed was fine, it was just kind of charmless. It would have be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room.
