У меня никогда не было опыта проживания в исторических зданиях и вот на свой день рождения я оказалась в отеле, который является уникальным культурным памятником, построенном в 1892 году. Это самое знаковое место в Боржоми, расположенное в пару метрах от входа в центральный парк. У меня был день рождения и сотрудники отеля сделали приятный сюрприз ,который я не забуду и буду вспоминать с теплотой. На ресепшене работает замечательная приветливая Элисо, которой я благодарна за теплый прием. Администрация отеля сделала апгрейд номера с категории стандарт на полу-люкс и я оказалась в настоящих хоромах, две просторные комнаты -зал и спальня, с окнами выходящими на парк с прекрасным видом и балконом. Еще большим сюрпризом оказался сладкий презент от отеля - шоколадный брауни со скупом мороженного. Сразу после заселения я услышала стук в дверь и Элисо поздравила меня с днем рождения, это было так неожиданно. А еще большим сюрпризом было то, что брауни был горячим и я поняла, что его только что приготовили к моему приезду.
Номера люкс и полулюкс выходят окнами на центральную часть, а стандарты во внутренний двор.
Сами номера теплые , даже было жарко, матрас удобный -спать одно удовольствие. В номерах есть халаты , одноразовые тапочки, наборы полотенец, гель для душа /шампунь/мыло. Зубных щеток и пасты нет , берите с собой. Интернет работает очень хорошо в номерах. Номер реновирован, но благодаря тому что интерьер сделан продумано, было ощущение , что я в историческом здании, где когда-то жили послы, князи, монархи и другие высокопоставленные лица. А еще в стоимость включен 1 час СПА , который представляет из себя помещение на первом этаже -это 1 мини-бассейн джакузи и 2 парные ( хамам и сухая финская сауна). Посещение нужно бронировать заранее на ресепшен, если вдруг до вас и после вас никто не забронирует, то можно попросить побыть там подольше, уточняйте на ресепшене. Понравился зал,где проходили завтраки и обслуживание!
Рекомендую , отличное место и люди!!!

В целом мне понравилось все. Единственное, вкус завтраков мог бы быть лучше.
Само обслуживание выше всяких похвал, к сожалению, не спросила имя мужчины, который обслуживал столик. Большое спасибо за хороший сервис.
Наесться можно очень хорошо, что-то лежит в открытом буфете , а горячее и салаты нужно заказывать.
Все свежее,но вот не хватило вкуса- в омлете, салате ( про салат я понимаю, что сейчас не сезон помидоров и огурцов, возможно, на сезон стоит его заменить на какие-то другие салаты, чтобы не портил впечатление)
Сосиски, блинчики, фруктовое ассорти - все вкусно.

Exceptional hotel in a historical building in the center of Borjomi.
Great Spa, good rooms, great breakfast.
Very good condition for a 19th century building.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was missing some amenities, looks like it was by mistake. Staff assisted after the call.

I really like the place overall, this wasn’t my first time staying here.
The building is beautiful and historic. The location is great - right next to the park.
The staff were genuinely nice and helpful. Whenever I needed help, everything was handled quickly and smoothly.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the spa area with the jacuzzi and sauna was nice.

Cons:

This time the room felt a bit worn out. There was a big crack in the door, the windows were very dirty (so dirty it was hard to see properly through them), and some surfaces clearly weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I also found a dead bug on the wall and another live one in the bathroom, which wasn’t pleasant. There was even a squashed insect on the wall. So housekeeping could definitely be improved.
The restaurant wasn’t working, so I had to go elsewhere for dinner, but it wasn't a big issue, since I had time, but if you arrive late, better double check if you can have dine at the spot

Fantastic beautiful old hotel at a good price right next to the iconic Borjomi park.
Pros:

The beautiful exterior and interior of the hotel. Comfy rooms and friendly staff. Free spa included. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The cold water bucket in the spa had a foul odour. It did not feel safe to use.

Планировали ехать компанией в тот большой спа отель, который находится рядом, но оказалось, что туда нельзя с животными, а у нас маленькая собачка (3кг), которая все время с нами и никогда я ее не оставляла. Она очень послушная и никогда ничего не испортит или не напачкает. Так мы и оказались в этом прекрасном месте с его интересной историей🙂 Пробыли 2 дня. Очень порадовало, что спа у меня все же было)))) Все отлично, чисто, персонал оочень приветливый. Прошло уже довольно много времени и я уже не помню, как имя женщины, на ресепшене, но она была очень милой, приветливой🙏

Cons:

Если совсем придираться,то в завтраках не учитывается,что могут быть вегетарианцы, может потому,что посетителей было не много. Мы кушали яйца, огурцы,помидоры и пили кофе с булочками. Голодными не были,но так как обычно завтракаем плотно, были бы рады кусочку чего-то рыбного. Если вы кушаете мясо, то завтрак будет более разнообразным
