Location is perfect, very helpful and welcoming staff, definitely willing to stay again if visit the town again.
The air-conditioning only works in summer timing, you need to open the windows for fresh air if it was not summer.

There was a balcony which the reason I booked, just wanted to see it for 5 minutes, though the place was empty, but said it is related to other room by making it exclusive for higher price of other room, and excluding other rooms to just see it, it diminished whole experience of stay or low value for the price I pay.
Отель располагается в невероятно красивом историческом здании («Феруза»), жить здесь — сплошное эстетическое удовольствие. Расположение просто лучше не придумаешь: отель находится прямо у входа в Центральный парк Боржоми.
Номер был отличным: очень уютный, свежий и безупречно чистый. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за приветливость, дружелюбие и искреннее желание помочь по любому вопросу.
Но что хочется выделить особенно — это СПА-зона! Она просто супер. Настоящий оазис релакса после долгих прогулок по парку и горам. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Боржоми.
Великолепный номер люкс! Шикарный балкон!!! Расположен ближе всех ко входу в парк.
Утюг бы не помешал в люксе. Да и сейф тоже.
The building is a piece of history and so so beautiful. There is a lovely little spa you can book for private use, one hour per day. Walking distance to Borjomi Central Park and many bars and restaurants.
Everything was good, but the breakfast offering could be improved with some fresh products, like maybe juice, yogurt, bread and cake.

We’ve been warmly welcomed and had the chance to get a queen size room with an additional private salon instead of the initial room we’ve booked, without additional fees: we are grateful for this offer. The place was beautiful calm, we enjoyed the private spa area for 1 hour.
The restaurant was closed (because of the beginning of the season I guess) and the breakfast was disappointing: the choices and the quality of the products were poor. We would have expected a better quality for a 4 stars hotel in such a city.
Конечно же, главный плюс отеля - это историческое здание плюс расположение рядом со входом в парк. Но я хочу отметить персонал и дать ему самую высокую оценку. Мы попали в отель в крайне неудачный момент, во всем городе Боржоми отключили воду. Так вот, в гостинице сделали все, чтобы помочь нам пережить эту проблему. Нам натащили к номеру огромное количество пятилитровых баклаг с водой, и по первому зову приносили еще. Вообще любые наши просьбы выполнялись моментально, за нами ухаживали, как за семьей.
Завтрак весьма средний
Отель очень комфортный. Расположение - лучше не придумаешь, вид из окна был великолепный.
Очень участливый персонал, в особенности на ресепшене.

A beautiful hotel, located right next to a park. The well-preserved historic building delighted us during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful spa as well. The very hospitable staff made us feel truly at home. I highly recommend it.
