Pros:

Good location, gym room is quite well equipped, 2 swimming pools, not too crowded. Good breakfast.
I made cancellation for 1 room in the last minute, because one of my team members got sick. They supported me a lot and made free cancellation.

Cons:

Very low service, when we arrived in the afternoon, eventhough it was later than check in time, the rooms were not ready yet. The front desk guide explained that due to high peak in the holiday, they could not clean room in time. We went out and came back at around 6pm, the rooms were still not ready. Finally, after I was very frustrated, the hotel gave me rooms, but with twin beds, not double beds as I requested during booking. I even met a lady who wait until evening but still could not get her room.

Excellent stay, would come back again.
Pros:

The pool facilities were great, we loved the variety at the breakfast buffet, the coach made it helpful to get around and the location was easy to get to places. We also appreciated the restaurants close by for travelling with kids.

Cons:

We had 2 stays over a few weeks, the first was lovely but the second, the room wasn't quite up to the same standard. The shower dripped and the bathroom smelt when the tap ran.

Pros:

Hotel location is reasonable - near 7/11 - a few restaurants - quieter area of Singapore so traffic is manageable, hotel has finished its renovation of the lobby area since I last visited.

Cons:

Lobby area can become busy, slowing check-in and check out (as only one staff was working this area) - beyond that, good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone considering coming to Singapore.

Good hotel - good location - renovation work is impacting service levels

Location and room were good - nearby restaurants and stores.

Cons:

I have stayed in the Novotel a number of times for business but this trip was not great, room was not cleaned one day (left at 6:30am and came back at 7pm) - laundry was marked for same day delivery and it took two days, then (unlike all the previous times where they deliver and take payment at the room, I had to go to lobby and pay and then it still took four telephone calls and two hours to deliver to the room only for the person to be sanding there with the mobile card machine in their hand) - the check in took a long time (under staffed also the lobby is being renovated) - it was a mess from a management side, but the hotel is a good one.
