Pros:

There was not much to like but the pool was nice.

Cons:

The lack of good customer service. Given a monkey smelling room. Checking process so slow and disorganized and totally lack of care.

Pros:

The staff were very attentive, the pool was fantastic (really appreciated that we could use the pool after checkout as we had a late flight). The buffet breakfast was yummy and good value.

Cons:

Bit far from the station but this was mitigated with the shuttle.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Could be frustrating checking in or out due to lack of staff at the front desk.
Pros:

Location, close to Stevens residential area- convenient for us to visit families.

Cons:

The fridge in the room is faulty and temperature is not cool enough to make chill water in a hot day in Singapore. We made the complain but nothing much was done. Could have given us a discount to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
