Overall it was good. Breakfast had many options and it was different each day
Pros:

It’s very close to MRT and easily accessible. Housekeeping was very responsive too

Cons:

Some of the amenities like bathrobe were missing in the room. And for the whole stay we didn’t get it

Good value stay but not close to centre
Pros:

Seemed well organised, clean and good breakfast.

Cons:

A little further out from centre than expected so not the best for connections. Shuttle bus did help but tortuous route to local metro station and stopped in early evening.

Pros:

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Great facilities with some restaurants in hotel area. 24 hours gym at the hotel.

Cons:

A bit far from MRT station.

Pros:

Hotel staff Fauzi was excellently helpful.very professional and knew how to make a guest comfortable.

Bed was comfortable . Had a good sleep.

Cons:

Had to pay for ice $6 for a bucket.
Dialing '0' did not get the operator. Unreachable
Toilet lighting should be brighter....
Privacy for bathroom poor....it has see through glass partition.

Pros:

There was not much to like but the pool was nice.

Cons:

The lack of good customer service. Given a monkey smelling room. Checking process so slow and disorganized and totally lack of care.

Generous services
Pros:

The staff were very attentive, the pool was fantastic (really appreciated that we could use the pool after checkout as we had a late flight). The buffet breakfast was yummy and good value.

Cons:

Bit far from the station but this was mitigated with the shuttle.
