Nice hotel in Markham.
Pros:

Signature scent in lobby, clean.

Cons:

Very small room, shower fixtures we inconveniently positioned in the showers. Hardwood floors with no area rug lessened the cozy feeling of the room.

Not much. Restaurant staff were great.

Cons:

The room I booked wasn’t available and they had no interest in resolving the request in spite of the fact that myself and the rest of our organization have been going there for years.

Pros:

Chambre confortable. Gym de bon niveau.

Cons:

Le personnel tres superficiel qui n'est pas d'une grande aide. Impossible d'avoir un petit-déjeuner malgré le fait we l'avoir payé d'avance... pas de buffet. Finalement dans le lobby on nous autorise à commander quelque chose... incompréhensible!

Nice new hotel
Pros:

The hotel is new, the restaurant food is good, the room is spacious. Location feels a little remote but it has a shopping area nearby. No problem if you have a car.

Cons:

A little far from everything if you are a tourist visiting Toronto.
