Friendly, clean,
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have restaurants in walking distance. It was easy to get to and not far from Purdue campus.

Cons:

The main elevator was broke. Which was a minor inconvenience.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

I appreciate that my children were able to eat for free. The soaps and lotions were a great perk in the room. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. The cookie given at check-in was unexpected and delicious.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included for adults. This was my fault for not noticing while hooking. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but the stairs were fine from the third floor.

Great stay, close to just about everything. Customer service was excellent.
Pros:

It was cozy and the pool was nice, we liked the bar and restaurant downstairs. And the curtains were awesome according to my children!

Help with the honors membership
Pros:

Ive been a Hilton honors member for 25 years. I always try to stay at a Hilton and even spent two weeks at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach Florida for my honeymoon. Anywhere I go I try to pick Hilton. Because of the amenities and the locations as well as usually having a nice pool and hot tub and exercise area as well as bar and food and outdoor areas to lounge in. I love Hilton in general. Where I am frustrated is my Hilton honors account. I should by now have racked up a ton of points however it seems I cannot access them due to my account being tied to a previous email account.

Cons:

The only issue is always trying to figure how the honors club works. The bathroom did have some hard water stains on the shower handles and chrome and the shower head was clearly a 20 dollar unit from Walmart and the water pressure was absolutely terrible.

Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

I recently flew from Richmond, VA to Indianapolis to pick up my son from Purdue for the summer and stayed at the DoubleTree on Progress Drive in West Lafayette. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the king bed was amazing after traveling. Breakfast service the next morning was also outstanding.

What stood out most was the hospitality. My son’s final exam ended later in the day, so the hotel graciously extended my checkout and even gave me a comfortable area in the lobby where I could work on my computer while waiting for him.

Before leaving for the drive back to Virginia, they also sent me off with a bag of their famous warm cookies, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Special thanks to Addee, Bailey, and Emma at the front desk, along with their manager Teia, for making the stay feel welcoming and personal. You can tell this team truly cares about their guests.

I would absolutely stay here again on my next Purdue trip.
