It was cool for a one night stay.
Pros:

I liked the full kitchen and the beds were ok.

Cons:

Not as clean as some of the other Home2 suites I have stayed in. Hallway smelled. Lamp shades in the room had stains, as well as the divider curtain. Sink strainer appeared to have dirt or mold underneath. Beds weren’t properly made.

Room not ready by check in time. couldn't tell me when it was going to be ready. Girl in charge of hotel did not know how to contact cleaning staff. Left me in the lobby with my luggage for over an hour. finally I took another room. I was very mad that a Hilton hotel was run like this and not sure I will stay in another one. The whole time I was in the lobby waiting the staff had no problem peaking out to view the soccer game that was on, which was in Spanish so I could not understand a word of it.

The location of shops and the ability to walk around was amazing.
Pros:

Awesome receptionist at front. Lady who wore a silver cross was very knowledgeable, caring and very insightful.

Could use a larger gym or a membership to a gym.,

Parking terrible!

Parking!! 3 metal containers/dumpsters took up 2 handicapped spaces and 10 or so close parking spaces near the building! We are both handicapped...staff could not give a good answer as to why?? One staff member said the City of Allen did it...others shrugged their shoulders.
If you want to stay here, be able bodied and good walkers. We won't be back.
