Nice adaptive re-use of an old silk mill.
Pros:

It was interesting to find out that the hotel had an interesting past as a silk mill. It was great to see how they integrated the design of the hotel with its historic past. Front desk staff were very courteous, energetic and helpful. The room was spacious, modern looking, and respectful of its heritage. Breakfast staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

There was a small cold draft coming from the windows. The hotel corridors were super long but it probably was dictated by the old silk mill layout.

I liked the room but glad we only stayed one night. Made us appreciate our own bed.

Great stay and highly recommend!
Pros:

Unique in that it was a converted from a factory. The place was big, clean and modern. I enjoyed the fitness center and the breakfast area was great! The staff was friendly and helpful!!

Great as expected. Love this Hotel, staff, quietness and security.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast each time. Would love to see bacon instead of or in addition to the breakfast meat choices. The eggs with cheese are delicious.

Cons:

Sausage cooked a bit more.

Highly recommend - well built, feels brand new, great location, best !
Pros:

Simply elegant conversion of industrial building to quietly chic hotel ! Love the understated look and very clean, fully up to date site. Short drive to town but nice to be just outside the Main Street hustle. Quiet and safe, well arranged to walk my dog at night and front desk staffed 24 hours. Temperature control via efficient thermostat on room wall , very effective. Wireless phone charger on night stand !!! Excellent tv and well appointed bathroom. Good breakfast ( basic hotel but seemed better quality) in lovely big room or take back to yours.

Cons:

Nothing ! Loved it !

Solid, affordable option
Pros:

Cool spot - high ceilings and brick walls. Location was a 15 minute walk from downtown Petaluma which was easy enough though a little dark and not sure I would have felt comfortable returning alone later at night. Checked in on the app and used the phone key which was super easy. Staff was friendly though I interacted with them only once. Very clean hotel. Price was awesome.

Cons:

Walls were thin - we heard the neighbors to our side quite a bit. Dark walk home from downtown was slightly sketchy. Showerheads/water pressure could use and upgrade. All in all it was $150 for the night which is a STEAL.
