A comfortable and convenient stay that exceeded our expectations overall.
Pros:

The room was incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, warm, and inviting. Unfortunatley, the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as we had hoped (ex: it was a little stiff)

Cons:

There is no parking or loading immediately in front of the property so it made it difficult when we were being picked up by transportation companies. In addition, the building itself is not impressive in any way.

Enjoyable stay comfy room and excellent staff
Pros:

Stayed there before and really liked it

Cons:

The only thing was not being able to turn air conditioning to 16 the controls are set for between 18 and 23 that is way too warm for sleeping at night

Perfect base for exploring Wellywood
Pros:

Great breakfast, friendly staff, functional gym, perfect location for exploring the CBD.

Cons:

Not picking now, but couch had a number of stains on it, Google Chromecast was temprimental and kept dropping out or not connecting. Gym is great if you are alone, but 3 in there would be awkward. One odd thing, house keeping decided to put my daughter's favourite teddy upside down on its head when they made up the room. That upset her a bit, thought that was a bit off. Otherwise a great hotel.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, breakfast was a decent size buffet for the space but needs slightly more options, enjoyed having a chrome cast in the room and cleaners did their job properly each time.

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated for me the price was fair but a little bit more than what I would've felt was reasonable price for the age of the room and the view.

Great location with a fabulous breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was great, spotlessly clean, very convenient location in the centre of Wellington

Cons:

Weird layout in the bedroom of chairs. Good choice of hot drink flavors but very limited in quantity.
