Historic and central, welcoming and very clean
Pros:

Fantastic welcome to this beautiful historic building that is now a hotel. Staff including Stella and Jang really went out of their way. Fantastic omelette for breakfast, thank you to the chef on my first morning.

Great desk to work from.

Close to everything including shops, Te Papa, the National Portrait Gallery and The Beehive.

Thank you for allowing me to keep my bags in storage after check out until mid afternoon. Thanks also for the higher floor provided on check in.

Cons:

The fluctuation in price for my 3rd night - I was told this happens depending on availability. Therefore best to lock in price and days when checking in.

Location, comfort and a warm welcome
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and catered to some of our requests with care and grace. The location is superb for getting to and from the airport. The room was quite massive, warm and super quiet. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Loved the rain shower and lighting options. Breakfast had tons of options and nice layout

Warm welcoming Hotel in the middle of the CBD, what could be easier.
Pros:

I stay only in this Hotel as I am always welcomed as the staff know me. I like the rooms. The beds are particularly comfortable. The location is great as I can walk everywhere to meet up with my friends and family etc. There are many places to eat, the more expensive down to the everyday lunch bars. It is a very welcoming Hotel. Boutique in many ways. It also offers a restaurant and a gym which I can use.

Cons:

Nothing!
