Service
Could adjust the A/C control, but that had no effect.
Very comfortable; friendly, efficient staff.
No bath.
Everything was amazing from the moment we walked into the lobby. From the friendly staff that will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable to the cool decor throughout the hotel to the delicious breakfast and super comfy rooms this place was more than we imagined. Highly recommend to anyone.
Nothing
The room was well appointed. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
We liked everything
Location and accessibility
Nothing
older style but very comfortable.
window draft, lights in room either all on or very little - need more flexibility with lights.
Aside from the wonderful central location, I found the room to be very well appointed with quite a luxurious feeling. The warm cookie on arrival was a lovely surprise.
Nothing
Le service nettoyage a été très bien fait. Le personnel très souriant et disponible.
La politique du chauffage contraint dans un pays si froid n'est pas une bonne idée. Les premiers jours ont été gâchés par ce froid dans la chambre.
The was massive, but well set out. We enjoyed the large bath!
The staff were absolutely phenomenal from the moment we checked in, some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere.
The breakfast (including restaurant staff) was excellent, and the kids loved it.
The room was very large, spacious, and extremely comfortable.
The bathroom and bedroom were both modern and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and great pillows.
The location was fantastic, an easy walk to Te Papa, close to a playground (about 7 minutes), and very convenient for essentials like Woolworths and a chemist.
Overall, the amenities and service made for a really enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay again.
Arrival and parking were quite stressful, especially as the hotel doesn’t have a clear street-facing entrance.
Access via Gray Street was confusing, with only a few small parking bays available.
We arrived on the same day as a rugby game, which made parking in Wellington extremely chaotic.
It would have been very helpful to receive clearer, direct instructions about where to park prior to arrival, particularly for first-time visitors driving in the city. (Noting an email with instructions may have hit my spam so not deducting stars for this :) )
