First bed had broken bed leg wheel but was sorted with new room and upgraded. Annoying fire alarm at 9.30pm

From the very second I walked through the door from a wet and windy evening, the staff were instantly extremely friendly and engaging.
The rooms are extremely spacious with incredibly comfy bed and good area for bot storage and separate desk area if you need to do any extra work. I would advise anyone to stay in double tree for your stay to Wellington
Top location. Nice boutique hotel
L’emplacement est vraiment très bien et avec le parking attenant c’est vraiment un plus. Le personnel de cuisine a vraiment été exceptionnel, nous étions avec des enfants et ils nous ont proposé des gaufres et des œufs mollets sans aucune demande particulière de notre part. Pour info c’était l’anniversaire de mon fils mais ça l’hôtel ne le savait pas, il a été plus que ravi de cette petite attention.
Breakfast hot food was great, a better variety of fruits would have been better.

The staff went over and above for us to celebrate our boy turning 10! They were friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed Wellington so much more because of our experience with Doubletree By Hilton! Thank you for the great memories!

I was really disappointed the room was not a pictured. We booked it for the purpose of taking photos and the beautiful curved window in the picture just didn't exist. I would not have booked the room or paid that price if I'd known it was not accurately pictured.
Very convenient as a business hotel. Plenty of conveniently located power sockets, reasonable desk. Didn't try wifi.
Nothing significant. A little cold for first half hour or so in bed but didn't look to see if there were additional or warmer blankets or duvets.
