Great stay!! Staff were lovely and we are able to check in early without extra charge! Considerate and friendly!

Would have picked another property in Wellington if I had to do it again.
Pros:

The central location is good.

Cons:

I stay at Hiltons a lot and this one was a bit shabby. No refrigerator in the room. Smelled like aftershave.
The breakfast was super crowded.

A fabulous mini break in the city so close to everything wellington has to offer.
Pros:

Room was a good size and nice and quiet being above the main shopping area. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at both reception and the restaurant.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm for my husband. We loved everything else. The parking in Wellington is difficult and not your fault.

Excellent hotel in great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with lots of period features and a luxurious feel. Excellent location just off Lambton Quay - with a supermarket just accross the road. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We often stay here.

Cons:

Wi fi is patchy unless you pay for more than free option (which you have to join Hilton Honors to access). No apps loaded onto TV so you have to cast from own device which we couldn’t work out.
Not a major issue as we were mostly out and about.
Would be nice to have mugs not just cups for decent cup if tea after a day out.

Perfect location, wonderful staff and when travelling on your own you feel very safe and welcomed.
Pros:

I stay here every year at least three times. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are super comfortable and it is the best location for meeting friends and family. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and only want to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing. Have never had a complaint in all the times I have stayed there.
