It could have been better if the mold and the slippery floor were not our experience with the hotel.
Pros:

The location and the staff friendliness.

Cons:

The bathroom ceiling has mold all around and the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work. This may be the cause of the mold. Also, the cleaner used on the tile floor makes the tiles very slippery causing my wife to fall to the floor. Being a retired Air Force disabled veteran is not proper to stay at a place where there is mold and slippery floors. Please address both issues.

Pros:

Breakfast is good and the area can accommodate the number of guests comfortably. The room is clean and comfortable - good value. And the extra check in time/ check out time makes the difference when traveling can sometimes have unplanned delays or getting ahead of schedule.

Cons:

There are some construction areas and abandoned buildings nearby. This isn't something the hotel can control. Nevertheless there could be more attention to some of the trash that was in the parking lot and along the street

Stayed here and then stayed in another Tru Hilton and was equally pleased.
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable. Staff is awesome. Polite and caring.

Cons:

Front desk attendant was rude. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to come to the desk. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and clearly was not cleaned.Bedroom floor was so dirty and sticky I had to wash my feet before putting my shoes back on.

My stay was good until I went to go purchase some snacks, expensive and the bed slept terrible😡

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable it had my spouse and me hurting on both of our hips. You all need to reinvest in some posturepedic mattresses for that hotel. The little snacks are insanely expensive for a very small portion. Price gouging this is ridiculous🤨
