今回は、オーランドからの帰宅途中に疲れを癒すため、ヒルトンブランドを信頼して1泊の予約をしました。しかし、部屋に入って間もなくベッドの下にゴキブリを発見しました。

また、部屋に入った瞬間から床が異常にヌルヌルしており、最初は床ワックスを塗ったばかりなのかと思っていました。しかし、今回の件を踏まえると、そもそも部屋の清掃や衛生管理が十分に行き届いていなかったのだと確信しています。Googleの口コミにも同様の事案がありました。

ホテル側に連絡したところ、その日は満室のため部屋の変更はできず、近隣の別のホテルを手配してもらうこともできませんでした。結果として、クレジットカードのオーソリゼーション（仮請求）の取り消しによるキャンセル対応となりました。

私たちは宿泊することができず、深夜にフリーウェイの途中で仮眠を取りながら帰宅することになりました。長時間の運転の疲れを癒すために予約したホテルだったにもかかわらず、このような結果になったことを大変残念に思います。

さらに、その後Googleの口コミを確認したところ、「ゴキブリが出た」という同様の内容の投稿が複数ありました。以前から指摘されている問題にもかかわらず、改善されていないことに大変ショックを受けました。

私はこれまで旅行の際にはヒルトン系列のホテルを積極的に利用してきました。だからこそ、今回の経験は非常に残念であり、現時点ではヒルトンブランドを宿泊先の選択肢として考えることができません。

ゴキブリが出たこと以上に、衛生管理の不十分さ、代替案の提示がなかったこと、そして長期間改善されていないことに大きな失望を感じています。二度と同じ思いをする方が出ないよう、ホテルには一刻も早急な改善を強く求めます。
