Breakfast is good and the area can accommodate the number of guests comfortably. The room is clean and comfortable - good value. And the extra check in time/ check out time makes the difference when traveling can sometimes have unplanned delays or getting ahead of schedule.
There are some construction areas and abandoned buildings nearby. This isn't something the hotel can control. Nevertheless there could be more attention to some of the trash that was in the parking lot and along the street
Bed was clean and comfortable
Front desk attendant was rude. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to come to the desk. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and clearly was not cleaned.Bedroom floor was so dirty and sticky I had to wash my feet before putting my shoes back on.

The location was great
The bed was hard and uncomfortable it had my spouse and me hurting on both of our hips. You all need to reinvest in some posturepedic mattresses for that hotel. The little snacks are insanely expensive for a very small portion. Price gouging this is ridiculous🤨

Not safe for a solo traveler
Great location with a lot of dining and shopping options. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. Breakfast was decent for a hotel style breakfast.
Our shower door did not close all the way so water would leak out onto the floor. The bed platform frames were dirty with crumbs noted in them.
The staff was very friendly and polite the breakfast was excellent a.d the gym was good and aways clean

The back side door by my room 129 was always loud shutting when someone would go out or come in
Nothing
Everything, the lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly rude I believe it was the same lady during check-out. We will NEVER stay at another TRU hotels. The hotel upon entering smelled entirely of cigarette smoke. People were parked taking up 2 spaces for 1 car she refused to do anything. Saying it was not her job. We like I said will never stay at a TRU property again. Extremely dissatisfied.
