Most everything. Clean, like new facilities in an area with many restaurants.
How the modern bath area was organized … a bit cramped.
Dirty floors in room, dirty towel, shower didn’t work properly. Felt nervous over elevator making clunking noises and closing on us when we would try to get out.

Love this Hampton Inn! Clean and upgraded rooms, easy access to the highway, ample parking and friendly, helpful staff! Though they were tons of people and kids in and out, our room was quiet! They have snacks and drinks for late night munchies. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good too. There are tables and nice chairs to meet up with friends in the lobby, homey feel. It's not the cheapest Hampton I've stayed in, but it's one of the nicest. Good value!

This stay was a great experience. The check in option on the app was a game changer that saves us some time after a long day of traveling. It was nice to just go straight into the room with the digital key. Room was very neat and clean. The pool is a good size and the fitness center was a plus. Breakfast was really good as well.
The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean including the lobby, laundry, and gym. It was a great experience and highly recommend.

No issues
My husband had surgery 4 weeks before our stay. He was unable to use his right arm. Jonah who was working when we arrived just came out and help me unload my car. He helped me get it all to our room. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you Jonah!
Marion at the front desk was a treat to work with. Her personal attention to detail and care for our stay was the best we have ever had staying for a baseball tournament. If you ever get a chance to stay at this hotel. You will be treated like you are at home away from home.
Staff was wonderful! Always made sure we were taken care of. Even left a pair of shoes and offered to ship them!
