Good location and family-friendly
Pros:

Good and Quiet ocation , Room is really clean , Staffs are friendly.

Cons:

Thermostat didn't work really good , the room temperature was really hard to adjust. It went too cold and then too hot.

Decent hotel, comfortable, but not worth the price because of certain issues.
Pros:

check-in was smooth and the room was clean.

Cons:

breakfast was underwhelming for the price paid. pool was loud with children and no observation or checking on those. most staff did not want to be there but a couple people really helped make it better.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Hotel was very updated. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Room was much bigger than usual. Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants.

The staff were very nice. As was the room. My favorite part though is they had breakfast bags made up for people like me with Celiac disease. It had a bottle of water, an apple, & a gluten free bagel.

It was a nice clean room with lots of restaurants nearby and not far from the Children’s Museum.
Pros:

Everything looked clean. Person at the desk was pleasant. Room was quiet. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and the tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because of the nice looking pool. My 2 grandsons, 8 & 11yo were looking forward to swimming Monday afternoon but the water was freezing. This was part of their Christmas present and I was disappointed but not as much as they were.

Taxes are to high, not clearly communicated. Food is good. Location is okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, had a variety of foods each day. Including a different meat & egg each day. Better than fast food & gas station food. Worse than a breakfast or brunch place. Included and convenience big factors in the breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping either missed us a day or is every other day. They're light on towels if you have two or more people you may need to ask for additional towels. LARGE hotel tax added about $150 for 3 nights.
