Pros:

Loved it this is our 3rd stay here to conduct doctors appointments at MUSC Hospital

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible! Number people told the story. First morning we came down at 9:00; no guests were there! The second morning we came down at 8:00; no guests were there! The third morning there was one guest! The food was FULLY stocked and looked like it had been there a while; the waffle iron was dirty.

Everything is outstanding
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome and had various of choices....plus the time is very convenient for breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette.

Cons:

The pillows could have been a little firmer, but they worked. They're not completely too soft.

Lovely Hotel, Great Location!
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet! The bed was super comfortable as well. The hotel breakfast was great! Each day there were some new things introduced to the daily menu. They have a nice laundry facility on the premises which we used. The location of the hotel was absolutely PERFECT! Everything we wanted to do and see was approx. 13 minutes away. We could not ask for a better spot to be in!

Cons:

The pillows are VERY soft and almost mushy. Not a personal preference of mine. I would have preferred thicker and firmer pillows. Front desk staff is hit or miss. Some people we encountered were very pleasant, but others were not as helpful.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Not too many gluten free breakfast options and there was only one utensil being used to grab all the food, even the breaded ones, so, as a Celiac, there was a lot of cross contamination.
