Bathroom has bad design but rest of room is great
Pros:

The design of the rooms doesn't meet the expectations of the bathroom. Cut some of the sitting area down some and make the bathroom bigger.

Cons:

The bathrooms are way too small......The door opens up to the toilet. Bad design

Not the best
Pros:

The location

Cons:

We were not notified that remodeling was going on.

The bed was very uncomfortable - the pillows appeared to be fat until you put your head on them & then they flattened out.

The lights would flicker when the dryer was plugged in.

The TV remote quit working several times.

Definitely not our best stay.

Good place to stay and nice warm pool !
Pros:

Nice facility - and amenities.

Cons:

The breakfast guy had some sort of emergency and so breakfast didn’t happen on our first morning. - things happen …. But perhaps a plan should be in place in case this happens again (?). The staff was very apologetic and we did receive a discount for our inconvenience. - second morning was a good experience too !

Nice place
Pros:

It looked to be nearly new and everything was spotless. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Staff was warm and welcoming at check-in, and I was a bit early. They were accommodating to get me in a room upon arrival. However, when I came back that night, at 8:50, there was a handwritten note at the desk that said staff would be right back (gone to storage room). I waited for 10 minutes to try to buy a drink, but no one came back. Upon checkout the next morning, there was also no one manning the desk. I just left my key and departed.

except for the room mess up the stay was good
Pros:

location is great breakfast was good good parking all looked very nice

Cons:

messing up my prebooked room ( booked 3 months before ) and said nothing to me at all until i arrived
put me in a smaller room that is way to small
someone else's money must have been worth more than mine
cleaning the rooms was a little problem too for a while

Pros:

Easy check in, room was clean, entire hotel site felt safe. We had our two cats with us - the room was set up really well for them. Greatly appreciated the bed with the solid platform that they couldn't get under.

Great place to stay (location, cleanliness and family oriented).
Pros:

The location was close to where the family lives and was easy to get to the freeway. The front desk was very accommodating in moving us up to another floor. We were put on the ground floor and I asked if we can move up to a different floor and we were moved up without any hesitation. We enjoyed our stay including the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

No complimentary bottle water in the room. We didn't mind buying our bottle water but was surprised none was in the room.
