except for the room mess up the stay was good
Pros:

location is great breakfast was good good parking all looked very nice

Cons:

messing up my prebooked room ( booked 3 months before ) and said nothing to me at all until i arrived
put me in a smaller room that is way to small
someone else's money must have been worth more than mine
cleaning the rooms was a little problem too for a while

Pros:

Easy check in, room was clean, entire hotel site felt safe. We had our two cats with us - the room was set up really well for them. Greatly appreciated the bed with the solid platform that they couldn't get under.

Great place to stay (location, cleanliness and family oriented).
Pros:

The location was close to where the family lives and was easy to get to the freeway. The front desk was very accommodating in moving us up to another floor. We were put on the ground floor and I asked if we can move up to a different floor and we were moved up without any hesitation. We enjoyed our stay including the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

No complimentary bottle water in the room. We didn't mind buying our bottle water but was surprised none was in the room.

Subpar cleanliness. Great staff.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower was covered in mold. Mattress had multiple areas where the springs were poking through. The AC only worked 1/2 of the time. Coffee maker had mold inside of it that spit into the cup when it first started brewing.

We like everything about Home2Suites no matter the location. Noah was very helpful in getting our family located next to each other as we found out that Booking.com doesn't read or act on these requests.

You got me!
Pros:

Location and the hot breakfast were great. Needed a one night stay for an event that we were in town for. I was even impressed that my name was in a welcome message on the TV screen! The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower had quick hot water when you turn it on. The breakfast was tasty and hot. The location was less than 10 minutes away from our event. Very pleased and will definitely stay again.
