Clean, nice place to stay

There are many options in the area and I have stayed in many of them. This being a newer hotel, I had high hopes. The staff was great, but unfortunately the room was not up to any standard I had hoped for. We found several dead cockroaches, the blinds had a disgusting stain, the vents were filthy, the floors sticky and stain-ridden, every surface felt gross. My family and I were very dissatisfied with our stay and I can’t imagine we will be back.

Quick and easy check in

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the carpets were a little bit worn. There was a coffee stain on the steps from the night we got in till the morning we left and the area was a little bit sketchy, and there were no kinds of restaurants anywhere around.

The staff upon checking in was friendly. The room was just okay. The bathroom door would close on its own. There was no water pressure which was the absolute worst. Mr Robertson the night front desk was a bit strange and not very friendly. The bed was a bit lumpy.

Always a great stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel and property are always clean and well kept. Easy access and great rooms. Breakfast is always very good and fresh. This is my top location to stay when in town.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with open arms. Kim, the assistant manager checked us in . She was welcoming and knowledgeable about everything we needed. When we were leaving a kind gentleman helped us navigate the carts to get our luggage out to our car.
We love our stays (4th time) and will continue to come back again and again.

Everything was great except the bathroom. The door was in the way of everything. A pocket door should’ve been used.

Good location. Did not get suite I booked they had to give me 2 rooms instead due to overbooking so we had to split up. Was told I could do online check in for the second room (only one was ready early but it was early so no problem) but online wasn’t available and was then told I had to come inside to check in. The pull out sofa was nasty with crumbs. Had to literally shake and clean it off. Lobby restroom was very dirty our whole stay. Dogs barking all night. Probably won’t stay again. Workers were very polite and friendly.

The hotel was clean our room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
