Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms and over the top breakfast at a reasonable price.
Pros:

We arrived around 9:00 pm and was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who was able to check us in and give us our entrance card within minutes. The room was very spacious and well furnished. The double sink in the bathroom was great.
Breakfast was more than I expected. Everything was well prepared and organized. ( My grandson favored the waffles with all the toppings.)

Cons:

The area was a bit sketchy with being located on the back road of a shopping mall. The road leading to the hotel was littered with an abandoned vehicle and much trash. We were surprised to have to enter the hotel parking lot through a gated barrier.

Outstanding guest service
Pros:

Dan is very, very helpful. He showed genuine desire to help. We want to move to a 2-queen bed for an extended stay and he went out of his way to work it out with the sales department. As someone who works in a service-oriented business myself, I can tell if someone is just going through the motions or is sincerely trying his best to render excellent service. Dan is at the highest standard.

This will definitely be my go to Hotel in Sacramento.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! I truly loved that they had so much variety to choice from and best of all great coffee 24 hours.

Cons:

The breakfast on the first day has bacon in the eggs, and only had pork sausage. There was also a pubic hair in one of the towels in the room.
