Property is a joke like bed was soft

Cons:

Where can I start booked because of pool guess what pool out of commission. Low water pressure. Tv didn’t work. I can go on if you want.

By far the nicest hotel in Kirksville since we have stayed at other hotels here that were not clean and rather gross.

Cons:

The price! We definitely overpaid since we booked the room so far out. I wanted to cancel our reservation and rebook to get the almost half price of what we paid, but I was afraid we would not have a room at all then. Sent an email to the GM, Jennifer Dowty.

Pros:

The AC wasnt working well and the thermostat would click loud when trying to sleep. It would get really warm in our room before the air finally clicked on. When checking out, I told them about it, they just apologized and said we are in the process of replacing the units in the room.

Pros:

Shower handle was broken but somewhat functional. One of the Tesla chargers is not operational and has been this way for over a year. Its one of the reasons I stay there.
