Отель очень понравился. Всё было чисто, красиво и на высоком уровне. Особенно впечатлили аквапарк, бассейн и спа — всё действительно шикарно. Завтрак великолепный: большой выбор, вкусно и качественно.
Отдых получился очень приятным, комфортным и запоминающимся. С удовольствием вернулся бы сюда снова.

It’s a super perfect resort for maximum 2 days.
Pros:

The facilities were great and the rooms were so nice. I liked the gesture the made when I told them it’s our marriage anniversary.

Cons:

Some staff are really rude especially the bag boy when we checked out and the some staff at the European restaurant.

Good hotel with great staff, but heavily overpriced for its current condition
Pros:

Excellent location and very good water park.
Staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and always trying to help.
Rooms are spacious and bright; everything inside the room works properly.
Water is delivered quickly after ordering.
Breakfast quality is very good, and even during peak occupancy staff actively helps guests find tables and keeps food stations constantly refilled.
Additional hotel facilities and activities are maintained much better than the SPA area.

Cons:

SPA area urgently needs renovation and proper supervision

The SPA condition is far below the level expected for this hotel category and price:

Steam room works relatively fine, but even there mosaic tiles are missing and there are visible holes/damage in the walls.
Other saunas are barely warm most of the time.
Guests constantly throw ice onto sauna stones, preventing saunas from heating properly.
Some guests also pour aroma oils directly onto hot stones, creating a very unpleasant environment and strong smell. SPA staff should monitor and prohibit this behavior.
Multiple showers are broken and cannot be properly turned off — water runs continuously.
Jacuzzi smells strongly of stagnant/swamp water, which is completely unacceptable.
Many jacuzzi air jets do not work.

Elevators are dangerous

This was the most concerning issue during our stay:

Elevator doors closed aggressively and hit me twice in one day while exiting.
If there are more than 2–3 people inside, the last person exiting is very likely to get hit by the doors.
I ended up with significant bruises on my arm and leg.

This is not just uncomfortable — it is a real safety issue that requires immediate attention.
