Очень чисто и уютно , отель новый и сервис отличный все очень приветливые !!
Единственное, на 1 этаже периодически пахло канализацией , но не постоянно. Спасибо Буду возвращаться еще

В целом очень хороший отель, очень комфортный
Pros:

Отдыхали второй год с семьей. Из плюсов отличное расположение, отношение к гостям, уборка безупречная. Прекрасный спа, шикарный бассейн с морской водой, велосипедный трек сквозь лес просто огонь. И конечно аквариум, на который можно залипать бесконечно

Cons:

Небольшой выбор в меню ресторана winter garden. Минибар не заполняют автоматом, нужно просить, и даже тогда забывают. Если погода дождливая, делать совсем нечего, в спа набивается много народа, пляжный клуб тоже не работает. Не хватает крытого пространства, где можно было бы провести время, посидеть с друзьями, поиграть может в бильярд или настолки, с баром, диванами, зоной для детей

A wonderful stay and a Great service
Pros:

​Stunning Design & Amenities: The resort features a sleek, modern aesthetic with a breathtaking giant aquarium in the lobby. Facilities are top-notch, including excellent pools, spa, gym, bike rentals, and multiple sports courts (tennis, padel, basketball, football).

​Exceptional Service: Reception was warm and welcoming from arrival. Special shout-out to Teo at Adila restaurant for being so charming, and Saba at the Sky Bar for great drinks and service!

​Outstanding Dining: Brilliant food and atmosphere across the resort, especially the delicious Georgian restaurant and Adila.

​Gorgeous Room: Received a room upgrade to a beautiful, extremely spacious room.

Cons:

Limited Shopping: Needs a proper convenience store and more retail options on-site. Guests prefer not to leave the premises, but the current shop has very limited items.

​Outdated TVs: Rooms need Smart TVs with casting capabilities or built-in streaming apps (like Netflix and HBO) for easier evening relaxation.

​Lack of Organized Group Activities: Would love to see structured guest activities added, such as yoga, Pilates classes, or enrichment workshops.
