Noel Suites - York and Simcoe

The property was in a great location within a short walking distance to a lot of entertainment.

We had a good one night stay which was a last minute booking. We were very comfortable and found the location ideal for our purpose. Close to Union Station for the train.

The location is close to the entertainment district. The condo is basic, minimal cooking items, towels and bedding. As others note, it does take some planning in advance with the representative to get access to the condo.

This is a very nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Toronto. Easy walking distance from the train and bus stations. No parking that I could see so don’t bring a car. It is only about 2 blocks from the CN tower and lots of attractions so one is not really needed. The kitchen is tiny but fine for making breakfast. The view from the balcony was amazing even though my fear of heights kept me from sitting out there.The gym and indoor pool were both good with easy access. Great for a romantic get away or business trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Just an amazing stay. While the 1 bedroom condo was amazing inside, the view from the balcony was overwhelmingly breathtaking.

It was beautiful and so comfortable. We were perfectly content to spend time lounging around in the room since it was so snowy outside.

Hotel staff met us across the street to give us a key.on arrival. Pleasant person but strange meeting at 10:00pm in a bank lobby. Room was hot, 23* C , way too hot to sleep comfortably. There was no response when we turned down the temperature on the thermostat. All night the temp hovered at 23- 24 * C. Room was contemporary, and located on the 47th floor. It had a very special view of the Lake and Billy Bishop airport. Grocery store well located across the street. The coffee maker did not work the next morning. Entire floor was dirty as evidenced by my white socks turning grey on the bottom. Bedding was clean, kitchen and bathroom surfaces also appeared to be clean. The next morning the entire triple soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser was not fastened properly and fell off the base crashing to the tub/shower floor and broke into many sharp pieces around my feet,scratching my arm as it fell. Room was very quiet. Mixed feelings about this hotel. We liked many aspects especially location and modern clean look, but would really hope that cleanliness and maintenance would be improved prior to our next stay in Toronto.

I was very pleased with my stay at Noel Suites-York & Simcoe. I had a concert to attend at Air Canada Center and needed somewhere relatively close to the venue as it was also my first time in Canada. This location was absolutely perfect. It was a 5 minute walk from Union Station which is the last stop on the UP Express from Pearson International and a 2 minute walk to Air Canada Centre. The room was fantastic too and the view incredible. I am already trying to plan a return trip.

Noel Suites offers a home away from home. A 47th floor condo right on Lake Ontario at York and the Gardiner Expressway, our beautiful, pristine and incredibly quiet suite included a full kitchen with a bottle of complimentary coffee, tea and wine, full bathroom (with instant hot water) and laundry. There is also a pool and a gym. Across the road from Union Station, the Air Canada Centre (great for hockey fans) and a good supermarket, this suite is ideally located. Being able to make our own breakfast and lunch saved us time and money. Noel Suites’ staff were punctual, friendly and helpful. As we were travelling by car, the only challenge was parking, which is not provided in the building. The two parking stations conveniently located across the road were handy but expensive, especially during hockey games (we were there in January). I highly recommend Noel Suites. Hotel rooms of this class cost much more and don’t offer the comforts of home.

We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The condo was spotless, very nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the lake as well.

I booked my condo through Expedia and the only complaint I have is that all the fees were not easily viewable at time of checkout although overall pricing was excellent. There is plenty of parking but if you need overnight be prepared to pay upwards $50 a night. (I stayed from 5pm to 8am & used lot behind Le Hotel Germain. We were really pleased with the condo and wished we had more time to spend there.

Ideally located downtown Toronto, the amazing view on the lake and the top comfort of this modern appartment makes Noel Suite my number one option for short stays ! Attentions like the bottle of wine and coffee/tea machine are the little "plus" that also make the difference. Will definitely come back soon !

I must say that I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Noel Suites was just right for my visit to downtown Toronto.

I was staying at the Thompson Hotel prior to switching to the Noel Suites and I’m very impressed with everything about the suite! I give it 5 stars!! Thank you Noel!!
