Pros:

Staff id friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The emergency green lighting in the room did not allow to sleep - it lights the room. Very irritating. Noise from the main street / motorway is unbearable - those rooms needs a new windows. The heating was from klima so another noise. The pressure in the shower could hurt the kid (be careful). It was night when I came and it was raining - the stairs /lift are like outside of the building so you enter the room from outdoors - i would prefer to enter from the warm , not rainy corridor. I booked it as the building and garden looked good but the building looks like high street shopping and I could not find the hotel name displayed. You have to enter from roundabout. I do not need much usually but after 10h drive and next 8 planned next day I just needed good silent dark room to have a sleep…
