Overpriced and filthy

Filthy with dirty footprint on wall. Bathroom floor was very dirty. No lights to get into parking lot. People hanging around outside.

Affordable, But Needs Some Attention.
Pros:

The price was reasonable, and it was a convenient location for our stay in Birch Run. The bed was comfortable (except the pillows), and the A/C controls were easy to access and use. We were pleasantly surprised to find two TVs and a fireplace in the room, which were nice extras.

Cons:

The room could definitely use some attention and updating. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the toilet did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, and the bathtub faucet dripped. The carpet was also noticeably frayed in several areas. While the room was affordable, better attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Not good, very unhappy. Also while waiting in the lobby to talk with the staff we over heard other

Location good, didn't eat here, because we didn't stay here.

Cons:

The first room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty, there was cob webs all over the ceiling. There was black footprint on one of the walls ,dead cockroaches on the floor, and the bedsheets had stains on them. The next room they gave us the toilet had a moldy black ring around it in the bowl and more cobwebs on the ceiling, and even more stains on the bedsheets.

Works if you’re in a pinch or don’t like to spend money
Pros:

Location was good for a quick stop. Breakfast was hot.

Cons:

Very rundown. Not clean. First room infested with ants. Second room has tons of dead bugs behind beds and under furniture. Can tell they do not keep up on the cleanliness or maintenance. Check in staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff and check out staff were less than desirable.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had 2 beds, one you could feel the springs and the other was way to hard. It had no give whatsoever.
