- a recepção. Pessoal mal treino, pouco amável e pouco gentil;
- chekin só a partir das 15h, checkout obrigatoriamente às 12h (com argumento de que precisam de 3 horas pra limpar o quarto);
- Faltou luz exatamente na hora que cheguei, 15h, pro chekin. Esperei até às 17:20, para liberar meu quarto, com o atendente deixando bem claro (e de forma pouco amistosa) de que teria que liberar o quarto no dia seguinte, às 12. Ou seja, a diária do hotel durou 19h, em uma das diárias mais caras de Niterói.

Café da manhã bom. Localização boa, mas como era em feriado não sei dizer se é silencioso. Shopping em frente

Cons:

Como o hotel é mais antigo, estranhei um pouco. O serviço de limpeza funciona bem. Ar condicionado barulhento. Camas baixas. Poucas tomadas no quarto.
