Quarto mofado e com acústica ruim. Liguei para reclamar do barulho na recepção e nada mudou. Os hóspedes do outro quarto seguiam fazendo barulho até 3h da madrugada. Relatei minha insatisfação e nada foi feito pela gerência do hotel.

Só uma sugestão, acho que as condições de pagamento poderiam ser mais facilitadas podem ter parcelamento no cartão e não somente pagamento a vista.
