Convenient location. Front desk people tried to be helpful and refunded us for one night.

Cons:

There is a real issue regarding the cleanliness of the place. We had to change room, the bath in the first one was completely clogged with hair. Very hard to communicate in english. The second room was still dirty, so apparently this is a general issue.

Pros:

카운터 직원분들이 너무너무 친절했고 얘기 안해도 연박하면 청소하고 수건도 채워주셔서 편했어요. 하카타역이랑 도보 6분인가 나오는데 실제로는 훨씬 가깝고 늦은 밤에 돌아다녀도 위험하단 느낌 1도 없었어요. 비오면 우산대여도 해주고 초딩인 조카도 숙소 너무 좋고 침대도 편하다더라구요. 다음에 또 하카타쪽에 묵을 일 있으면 이용할 것 같아요!

Wir hatten ein unglaublich kleines Zimmer für einen viel zu teueren Preis. Wir konnten noch nicht einmal unsere Koffer öffen. Das Bad war auch schlecht. Es gibt bestimmt gute Zimmer in dem Hotel, die Lobby ist auch einladend, aber es gibt eine ganze Reihe super kleine Zimmer. Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.
