枕から臭いがして、一晩中その臭いで何回か目が覚めた。

Good hotel near the train station
Pros:

Typical Japanese hotel with all amenities needed close to the station. The staff is polite and helpful and the hotel is to good shape. Unlike other hotels I had more than one pillow, which is great. I complained about the internet speed and they provided a mini-router that was helpful. They also allowed to leave my suitcase there post-checkout

Cons:

The location is close to the train station, but there are better in Fukuoka. But nice areas are within walking distance. Internet connection slow, but they helped with alternatives. unfortunately their washing machines were not working during my stay, but they were working on fixing this.
