Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very close to the bus stop. 15 min walk to the lake. Lots of light in the room plus the balcony

Cons:

I requested a double bed but only got a single bed. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. Missing a good light for reading

Cons:

Frühstück ab 8 Uhr ist schon sehr spät!
Parkplatzsuche schwierig am Wochenende. Das Hotel selbst hat nur 3 Gästeparkplätze und in der blauen Zone ringsum war nicht zu finden. Dann muss man leider in das teure Parkhaus ausweichen.
