Sentado frente al mar.

La gente de recepción, servicio a la habitación y la habitación

Cons:

Un dia tuve una dificultad con el "Huevo" en el desayuno. Ingresé a las 9:45, y no habia Huevo, la gente esperaba y ya les habían dicho que venia. A las 10 consulté yo y una señora que salió de la cocina parece, dijo que en 10 minutos. No fue la persona que esta fuera.
Algunas personas que esperaban se tuvieron que ir, yo esperé. A los 15 minutos aproximadamente aparece la señora que dijo 10 minutos, le pregunté por el huevo y me. miro extrañada..y me consultó. cuantas porciones quería?. Obviamente no estaba hecho asi que significaba esperar nuevamente. Me fui molesto por la mentira.
La hora de término para ingresar es a las 10 y nin guna parte dice que las cosas se acaban antes, fue molesto, desagradable y rasca.

Las camas y almohadas podrían ser de mejor calidad para que la estadía sea más cómoda.
El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio; el estacionamiento disponible es pagado. Si bien Ibis cubre la mitad del valor, deberían especificar claramente en la descripción que no disponen de estacionamiento propio para evitar confusiones al momento de reservar.

Cons:

El desayuno, poca variedad. Los huevos del desayuno son horribles.
Las alfombras en los pasillos muy sucias, de hecho ya no se usan las alfombras en los hoteles.
Tiene 2 ascensores, de los cuales 1, no funciona, hace tiempo.

Tenes q leer esto si te alojas en Puerto Montt
Pros:

Un buen precio para Puerto Montt las instalaciones básicas, el personal muy amable en todo momento . El desayuno bueno.

Cons:

La ubicación no es buena pese a los comentarios. Conviene alojarse más al centro de la costanera . El estacionamiento bien pero incómodo si llegas de noche. La alfombra del pasillo sucia. Si tienes unos dólares más conviene elegir otra opción, si no está bueno igual.
