Cons:

Es un hotel que está en mal estado, mal cuidado. Las alfombras de los pasillos cochinas con unas manchas o quemadas. La pieza limpia pero desgastada, se nota que los espejos ya tienen en los bordes desgaste por ejemplo. Tomamos una pieza con dos camas y eran extremadamente angostas, diría que menos de una plaza. El desayuno ok pero básico.

Mi estadia fue solamente entre dos tramos de transporte (bus y avion). La ubicacion es muy conveniente. Los recepcionistas y nocheros brindaron un excelente servicio.

Nüchterne, aber gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral an der Strandpromenade. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist, ausgenommen die Strandpromenade, sehr heruntergekommen. Man sollte sich in Puerto Montt nicht länger aufhalten, als unbedingt nötig - lieber nach Puerto Varas. Das Hotel ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet und nüchtern eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Great location right next to the bus terminal, making it very convenient for travellers. The hotel is quite utilitarian, exactly what you would expect from an Ibis property: clean, functional, and straightforward. The breakfast was good. Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a short stay.

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show its age. The carpet in the hallways looked worn; and the shower recess could do with some refurbishment and maintenance.
