O valor que estava no booking não correspondeu ao valor cobrado, tendo me sido acrescentada uma taxa de mais de 20% por ter de pagar na moeda local. Isto tendo eu um cartão multi-moeda que foi aceite na reserva. Uma vez que o terminal não o aceitou à chegada tive de pagar o valor que me pediram e das vezes que reclamei tanto na recepção, como por escrito me disseram não poder fazer nada porque a máquina não aceitou o cartão. Parece-me uma importante falta de confiança entre o que estamos a assumir quando escolhemos via booking e o que será o preço final.

Loa pasillos donde uno transita antes de entrar a las habitaciones están demasiado manchados y eso deja una impresión de abandono, solo eso!
