It was a good stay. The property was clean and staff helpful. Parking was rather difficult. While it is advertised as a 5 star hotel, it is more like a 4 star business hotel.

Worst hotel ever! It's not a five star. Lobby looks nice but rooms are dirty, damp and smelly. It does not look like the pictures. And the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. I regret staying here and would not recommend it.

It was a disappointing stay from check-in experience, to room allocation, to in-room dining and the staff interaction - overall was quite disappointing . I guess there is a reason why the price is chepare than a Four points sheraton

I had to repeatedly ask for towels. The bathroom was out of shower gel. TV did not work, after multiple reminders, some one came and fixed it. Overall okay service.
