Professional property host/manager
Friendly staff and OK sized room. Room was fully stocked. Breakfast/Dinner option is worth it with very helpful staff and good food.
Internet was sometimes flacky but staff was quick to offer help. I just wish Dinner started before 8pm and Breakfast started before 8am.
The location is quiet. The staff is helpful
Good
Food
Nice room. Make sure you get the room you booked! I booked a balcony and had I didn’t get what I booked at first.
Excellent staff and breakfast
Very clean, huge room, breakfast and dinner included, and very friendly staff - I liked all of it. The hotel seems new and is well kept up. Considering everything the hotel has to offer, the room rate is very fair.
The narrow confusing streets from the market square to the hotel, properties of very different condition right next to each other - this is not a fault of the hotel, just a feature of all the small towns I saw in India, and what it makes it interesting to visit. This hotel is not situated any worse than any other hotel.
Breakfast was decent and the people serving us were great.
Nothing that comes to my mind.
Location was good and the folks were lovely. They really catered to us. The food was good and changed every day for both dinner and breakfast, but had similar themes. The room had a balcony, but the view wasn’t that great. Loved the old-school skeleton keys though. Must try their saffron tea!
They had a small “altercation” with a driver out front and our 5 year old ended up getting bumped by one of the folks into a nearby vehicle. Luckily she is pretty tough.
Hotel is good, pleasing building and rooms.
Location is good, with shops, restaurants & cafes available nearby. Driving to the hotel is a little complicated even with maps due to narrow roads around.
Rooms, linen & toilets are clean.
Room has a standing fan and heater. Hot water available all day.
There is no lift/elevator and have to climb stairs each time which is quite tedious in this altitude. Carrying luggage is next to impossible by us but staff will do it.
Free Parking is available on-site, but a little cramped.
Food in restaurant is pretty bland. Morning breakfast spread is good but difficult to choose 1 good dish for taste. Better to eat out in the many nearby cafes & restaurants.
Cleanliness in restaurant not acceptable.
Staff are generally helpful but pretty slow and laidback.
The hotel looks like a 3*, charges 4* but is actually a 2* facility.
For a price less than 5k per night, it would be worth. For 5k+, many other options are available.
We had a good stay at the hotel. Internet is always difficult in the whole town so also in this hotel. The hotel is a bit outside the village but therefore very quiet with a beatiful spacious garden. Nice restaurant inhouse.
