Short walk to the Shin Osaka station. Very convenient. There’s a Lawson nearby the hotel so can get breakfast in the mor

Hanzomon staff were great. Would stay again.
Pros:

Stayed at Yaesu Nest on previous trip. Enjoyed. Hanzomon Nest room was slightly larger which made for a more comfortable experience.

Cons:

Yaesu Nest last year had better tasting coffee.

枕が嫌だった。臭かった。エアコンの音が煩かった。
Pros:

清潔、スタッフの接待がとても良かった。飲み物が時間制限なくてとても良かった。

Cons:

枕が良くない。柔らかすぎな枕と硬すぎな枕。しかも汗臭かった。加齢臭臭かった。

止めたら静かになったけど、エアコンの音がうるさかった。テレビ見てる時は気にならなかったんだけど結構うるさかった。季節的に付けなくても大丈夫だったからいいけど夏、冬、うるさくて眠れないかも。

My stay was memorable, I will be staying again hopefully soon.
Pros:

Loved staying at the nest hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great, super close to hanzomon station and also 7eleven, family mart and Lawson. The rooms were decent size for Japan.

Cons:

No streaming services on their tv.

We expected great service and everything as always but got completely opposite
Pros:

They had free coffee in the lobby

Cons:

Dirty rooms(carpet, bathroom, windows…)
Stuff who are very unhelpful, rude and don’t speak English
