Simple yet hearty breakfast- Coffee and delicious bread.
24/7 coffee machine & ice machine
Friendly staff
1 Convenient store right at the door step and 2 across the stress. Many restaurants nearby for late dinner.
Walking distance to coin laundromat (Coin laundry Kyono, opens until 11:30pm)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, zentral, sauber, freundliche Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr gemütlich, es gab jeden Tag Wasserflaschen und Kaffeepulver zum aufgießen im Zimmer. Dazu gab es morgens ein bisschen Gebäck in der Lobby, welches man mit aufs Zimmer nehmen konnte zum frühstücken und rund um die Uhr eine Kaffeemaschine.
Das Personal war sehr nett und man konnte nach Check-out die Koffer in der Lobby abgeben und später abholen. So konnte ich noch einen ganzen Tag in Tokio verbringen:)
Ich bin sehr dankbar für den schönen Aufenthalt, ich würde mich immer wieder dafür entscheiden. Klare Empfehlung!
Einziges „Manko“, falls einem das wichtig ist, dass es kein Frühstücksoption im eigentlichen Sinne gibt.

Pros:

The property is in a very nice location. Not very touristy but very upscale. They offer free coffee all day and complimentary baked goods for breakfast. The reception has a very nice seating area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room had a funky smell and mold on the walls.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the room was damaged, the chargers above the bed were not working and they did not offer an upgrade or a new room. Staff communication was bad, upon departure i asked them if they could provide a car and they said “they don’t know and they don’t care” and then followed it with an apology.

There were days where the room would not be cleaned and the only cleaning was new towels.

And lastly i had cash in the envelope that went missing, they said i might have misplaced it but i think otherwise.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, very cheap.

Quality amenities in central location near Hanzomon station and convenience stores. Small room, but good value.
Pros:

Nice, modern furnishings, quiet location, efficient check in/out. Location close to Hanzomon station.

Cons:

A/C wasn’t great. The room was room had no space for even one suitcase to open. The pillows weren’t comfortable.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Really convenient location next to Hanzomon station and away from all the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but still not too far from all of the action.

Cons:

Small room and small bed. I asked for an extra pillow due to having a sore neck and I was told that such a request was not possible - this was really disappointing.
