Great location for a business trip
Pros:

Fantastic location for my work meetings, quiet but easily accessible. Having the option of coffee and a pastry to start the day was great. Fridge in room meant I could also store milk etc.

Cons:

Room was very hot, needed help because the aircon instructions were in Japanese, not their fault and they were very helpful at 2am! Location is great for a business trip but maybe too quiet for a holiday - limited options for restaurants and evening entertainment close by.

Great stay!
Pros:

I liked the sleek look of the hotel. It’s next to convenient stores and super close to the subway station. It’s located between Shibuya and Shinjuku on the purple line.

I really liked their coffee machine, it provided many options. They have a sweet selection of baked goods.

The room itself was very cozy! It’s a good size and I really liked the bathroom as well, it felt spacious.

There are restaurants nearby, and with a short walk you end up in a new district with more options.

The staff was really kind.

Cons:

I wish there were English channels. After a long day of exploring, it’s nice going back to watch something. The walls near the window could also use some cleaning.

Pros:

Top location right next to the train station (hanzoman line) and the rooms were smart, comfortable and modern. We would be glad to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

Was close to the hanzomon line, we paid for the king sized bed and highest floor.

Cons:

Our room smelled incredibly bad. It smelled musty, sweaty, and the air circulation was poor. There were no shared amenities/services like other hotels. Room was extremely minimal. Very not value, can find other places for cheaper.

Modernes Hotel in praktischer Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, in der Nähe der Metro Station Hanzomon. Kleine Konbinis rundherum. Modern eingerichtet mit kostenfreiem Brötchen/Brot in der Frühstückszeit und Kaffee/Tee rund um die Uhr. Bequeme Betten und gemütliche Schlafanzüge.

Cons:

Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer, aber das war im Vorfeld klar. Einen großen Koffer kann man nicht auf dem Fußboden legen und vollständig öffnen. Im Bad fehlte bei der Wanne die Silikonfuge. Mit der Konsequenz, dass es dort dahinter schimmelt.
Man schaut direkt auf das 1,5m entfernte Nachbargebäude.

Nice stay, rooms could have been little better.
Pros:

The Property location was good just near the station.
Reception had proper lobby where you can sit and work.

Cons:

Room size was very small with no cupboards in the room. It was little difficult to keep the luggage for 2 person in the room.

Metroya çok yakın kesinlikle tavsiye ederim otelin etrafını kesinlikle keşfedin otele 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde avm var içinde 5 6 katlı big camera var avmnin etrafında ara sokakları gezin acayip ucuz dükkanlar var. Odalar temiz ama harbi çok küçük yatağa valizlerin üzerinden atlatıp geçiyorduk o derece. Sabahları kruvasan veriyorlar sade ve çikolatalı ,üzümlü çörek falan hepsi taze ve ücretsiz .çalışanlar pırıl pırıl gençler. Hotele ağırlıklı aileler geliyor güvenli tavsiye ediyorum saygılar.

Japonyada 3 hotelde kaldım Odaları gerçekten en küçük olan hoteldi valizlerin üzerinden yatağa atlıyoruz yazmıştım şaka değil yani
