Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, the room smelled musty. The photos of the rooms on booking.com are deceiving as they portray larger rooms than they actually are. Photos must have been taken with a wide angle lens.

Well located, being able to check in early when arriving in the morning was a nice gesture from the staff.

Cons:

Room was rather on a smaller side. It wasn’t clean either, there was a layer of dust on furniture and some smaller trash on the floor.

Good location , newish build .

Cons:

Everything is at the cost of having max rooms in this foot print - the Rooms are tiny .
They have sacrificed every communal amenity for rooms. 100 plus rooms and only two lifts , the reception can have up to 40 people in it , almost shoulder to shoulder at peak times . Due to the lack of facilities it should be no more than 4 star property . The provision of self serve tea and coffee is ok , however at peak times it runs out of water as is manually loaded by front desk . Who are flat out doing front desk work .

Great location. Second stay. Won’t be disappointed

Great location. Good amenities including coin operated washing machine. Helpful staff. Lovely room

Cons:

The restaurant in the front is a bit tacky and it stores extra chairs in the foyer. The hotel is ‘less is more’ - the restaurant could do with ‘less is more’!

Awesome stay!
Pros:

Location is top tier. It's very close to the subway station and there are a lot of konbini to choose from. Also, everyday change of towels and cleaning free bread and coffee.

Most importantly the staff for helping us send our mobile phone which we left in the hotel. They're very helpful, friendly and efficient! I will definitely come back here.
