Pros:

They shouldn’t charge for the drinks that they provided at least waters. It’s not that it’s because of too expensive but it’s for their own sake the better quality of the Hotel. Everything’s good the people, the environments and the customers service.

Pros:

The location is great. It is a 15 minutes drive to Airport. There's also a market and citymart near this hotel. They allowed us to check in early. And the service is good. Their buffet breakfast is good also. The staffs are nice.

・宿泊客について
現地ミャンマー人、中国人観光客が８割程度。残りは韓国人、日本人等です。週末に中国人観光客の団体が来る場合があり、ホテルがほぼ満室になっている場合があります。
・セキュリティーについて
普通、三ッ星クラスのホテルでは、セキュリティーの低い通常の金属製の鍵が使われている場合がよくあります。しかし、このホテルは、カードキーになっているので部屋の鍵については問題無いと思います。部屋にはノートパソコンやカメラを入れられる大きさの金庫が付いています。暗証番号を入力するタイプです。廊下やロビーには監視カメラがありセキュリティーは問題ありません。
・洗濯サービスについて
洗濯サービスは、外部の業者によって行われています。ワイシャツなども紙の型紙を入れて綺麗にアイロンがかかって返って来ます。洗濯が間違って来たり、紛失する事は一度もありませんでした。また靴も洗濯に出せます。洗濯物は、一点１０００チャット前後の値段であり手頃な値段になっています。
・食事について
食事はビュッフェスタイルで、全部で１０種類程度出ます。その他に御粥、トーストにジャム等があります。コーヒーと紅茶、ジュースが２種類用意されています。フルーツは通常３種類用意されています。スイカ、パパイヤ、パイナップル、メロンが定番です。金曜日、土曜日、日曜日に中国人観光客の団体が来ると、朝７時頃にビュッフェが一杯になる場合があります。朝6時30分からビュッフェが始まりますので、早めに行くと席に座れないという事はありません。
・ホテル周囲のレストラン、商店について
このホテルの周囲は、ミャンマーの中間～低所得者層が住む地域となっています。安くて腹が痛くならないレストランが沢山あります。フライドライスとコーラで２５００チャット（約２００円）程度でも十分美味しいです。ナンが２枚とペプシで８００チャット（約６０円）といった店もあります。高級店や日本食のレストランは、歩いていける場所にはありません。歩いて１０分程の所にシティマートという２４時間営業のショッピングセンターがありますので、食料品や日用品は全て手に入ります。その中にもフードコートもあります。７マイル周辺には日本人や外国人が好むホテルが沢山ありますが、その周囲に飲食店やショッピングセンターは、歩いて行ける距離にはありません。普段の生活を考えるとこのホテルは、絶好の場所に立地しています。
部屋の大きさと机、設備について
クイーンサイズベットの左右に１．５ｍ程度の余裕があります。ドアからベッドまで長さ４ｍくらい、幅が１．５ｍくらいです。スーツケースが３個半分まで開けられる大きさの通路です。スーツケースは全開にすると、ちょっと狭いといった感じです。許容できる部屋の大きさと思います。机は、３ッ星クラスのホテルとしては珍しい大きい机です。パソコン、書類を並べても十分な大きさです。椅子も事務所で使うような椅子ですので、仕事で１日中座っていることに十分耐えられる椅子です。机の上は大理石張りになっています。清潔感もあって仕事が進みます。液晶テレビは十分な大きさです。番組はNHKワールドが見る事が出来ます。その他のチャンネル数は、１０チャンネルくらいです。ケーブルテレビではないので、何百チャンネルもありません。

Close to airport approx 15 mins. No airport shuttle as indicated on Hotel.com. Cab costs approx 5,000 kyats. Hotel has a restaurant so no need to wander searching fr food. Clean, comfortable and reasonable price

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

All staffs are always wear smile, treat you like family member, feel likes at home. Warmly welcome. Good neighbor, safety place, peace and quiet place. Coming soon rooftop bar view is amazing, but i have no chance to sit at bar. But I will definitely come back and stay again.
