Cons:

Photos are nowhere near what was posted. To be blunt, it's a 2 star at most. Got a story that we got dropped off at its sister hotel, talked into staying there bla bla. If you're looking for quality don't stay here. Good for younger adults looking for cheap accommodation. It's on beer street, loud music unless your on the 8th floor or above.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement bien placé près de la cathédrale et du lac de Hoan Kiem, au cœur du centre d’Hanoi. La rue propose de nombreux cafés et restaurants très sympas. Le personnel a été exceptionnel, aux petits soins, toujours de bon conseil. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Attention il y a plusieurs hôtel silk dans la ville. Faites attention à la suite du nom pour vous rendre à l endroit indiqué. Suivez l adresse.

地點是最棒的了，就在古城區蛋黃區裡，交通和餐飲都很方便，隔壁還有設備新穎的自助洗衣店。旅館工作人員親切有禮，如果需要訂表演票券、一日遊或介紹spa等都能享受到貼心的服務。

Cons:

偶爾熱水會比較慢、隔音不是很好，不過古城區通常都是這樣，要有心理準備，住後面的房間應該會安靜些。早晨清掃人員或其他房間客人等電梯講話聲會傳進來，但我還可以接受。

The hotel was simple and spacious. Not much facilities. The winner is the service and support of the staff. Freya, Chi, Williams and their colleagues were very friendly and providing us with information and arrangements to make our first visit to Hanoi very interesting and rewarding.

Cons:

The hotel is actually quite old, but everything worked. Not much facilities (no breakfast (not needed as many opportunities close by), not so stable wifi). But given the prices it is still ok value for money.

I did not get the room I had booked for the first night, I think its Booking coms fault,it said 3 available but they actually only have 1 of that kind of room and my friend never got the right room for the same reason,tnere is only one executive balcony room in the hotel
