Pros:

The hotel is located at the entrance of Little India zone. It was indeed a positive surprise, very trendy, with a nice courtyard with tables and chairs to relax, spacious rooms, well furnished. Nice swimming pool (that unfortunately I could not enjoy for lack of time). Staff was so nice and supportive, my departure was very early in the morning and I could not have my breakfast, they prepared a take-away bag for me. I wish I could stay more in this nice hotel (and in Melaka).

Great Hotel, very welcoming
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in a great position near the historical area of Melaka.
Staff were lovely, very friendly, warm, polite & helpful.
Room & bathroom facilities were good, room was clean & spacious.
Breakfast is in a beautiful little courtyard very peaceful. Good choices in the buffet, we also had a la carte one morning. Food & service was extremely good overall. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Peaceful idyll in a busy Melaka
Pros:

Loved the place. We stayed as a family of four. The whole place has such a wonderful feel. Great location. Love the comfortable floor beds and the room facilities. Staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was perfect for winding down after a long day exploring. The courtyard and koi pool is beautiful. The children enjoyed feeding the fish. Reception staff were friendly. Such a serene place full of character.

Cons:

We didn’t really avail of the breakfast. It wasn’t particular appetising and more tea/coffee options would have been useful as only caffeinated options. It wasn’t a deal breaker as we ate elsewhere. My husband might grab a coffee at the hotel and the kids a slice of watermelon then we would head off.

Lovely boutique hotel with rooftop pool in little India close to old centre and key sites.

This is an excellent small scale hotel with a rooftop pool. Large rooms and bathrooms, generous breakfast, good service.

Pros:

Het hotel wordt gerenoveerd of opgeknapt. Het ontbijt is heerlijk voor wie van een warme maaltijd houd in de ochtend. Prachtig zwembad, leuk ingericht kamer.

Cons:

Weet dat veel mensen niet meer roken, maar ik helaas dus wel, aan de straatkant is niet echt fijn en ook op de parkeerplaats voel je je een beetje ongemakkelijk.

Pros:

Super sfeervol Hotel met een heerlijk zwembad super lief personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt. Klein stukje lopen en dan ben je al in Historisch centrum.

Cons:

Het was een super mooi hotel alleen schrok ik even van de omgeving. Veel leegstaand of gesloten panden wat even deed afschrikken, bij ons in Nederland zou je niet over straat durven in zo uitziende buurt maar hier is het normaal en je voel je gewoon veilig.

Pros:

Chambre grande et propre, ainsi que la salle de douche. Excellent petit-déjeuner, dans un patio très agréable . A 5 minutes à pied du bord de la rivère et de Chinatown, très bonne situation. Piscine et terrasse agréables sur le toit.

Juste dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit servi qu'à partir de 08h00 quand on doit partir tôt

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel qui, si il était le seul critère, aurait mérité une note de 10 de notre part.
L'emplacement, à proximité du centre ville.
La piscine d'une longueur de 20 à 25 m.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre que nous pensions spacieuse, mais la salle de bain réduit d'un tiers sa surface totale (douche et baignoire distinctes).
Rien pour accrocher les serviettes, il faut se débrouiller.

La chambre s'en trouve réduite et n'offre qu'une petite penderie et 4 cintres pour ranger les affaires.
Pas de placard, pas de tiroir conséquent, il faut "bricoler".

Le petit déjeuner est correct quand il y a l'affluence de clients, car le buffet est mis en place.
Sinon, choix d'un plat sur 6 et "buffet" qui n'en n'a que le nom.
Des fruits frais et des aliments industriels (biscuits, gâteaux, céréales, pain de mie blanc....), pas de yaourts.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et n'avons profité du buffet complet que 4 jours.

Hôtel agréable, mais il est preferable d'y résider que 3 à 4jours.

Excellent location and quiet, the buffet breakfast on the weekend was great but with limited options during the week, Tidy room and great water pressure in the shower, and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

I would have liked to have the bedsheets cleaned during our stay (9 days).
