Pros:

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

The chef deserves special mention — the hot breakfast items were genuinely delicious and well-prepared.

Convenient location next to the Little India archway.

Anniversary decoration was beautiful

Cons:

Although promoted as a 4-star hotel, the overall service felt closer to a 2–3 star standard. No assistance was offered with luggage upon arrival, no welcome drinks, no door person

Breakfast variety was limited.

The transparent glass partition and blinds between the bathroom and bedroom can feel impractical for guests who value privacy.

The hotel faces an abandoned building, which detracts from the overall ambiance.

Cons:

One of the staff. I dun know Name. Look like boy but at the same time Look like girl. First I enter to the hotel 11:30 pm.. He not smiling..no greeting.. Look at me.. Like weird. Customer service very bad. But after i get the key.. Then he can speak normal. Great you customer. Don't underestimed your guest! And I my bathtub not work well. Poor mantainance.

Un bon pied Ă  terre Ă  Malacca pour visiter la ville
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé qui permet d'atteindre les principaux sites touristiques à pied.
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la cour intérieure (couverte sur la majeure partie), cela est très agréable avec des espaces de verdure. La taille de l'hôtel est aussi un plus avec une ambiance presque familiale.
La piscine en rooftop est agréable mais la vue n'est vraiment pas top

Cons:

Les fenêtres de la chambre étaient dans la salle de bain. Elles donnaient sur un parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Pour l'intimité, il faillait fermer les rideaux donc supprimer la lumière du jour.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön,modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Bett war fabelhaft.
Insgesamt war das Hotel auch sauber und der Nachtmarkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Design, decorations and vibe if the hotel is very good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is 👍🏻. Breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Car park is a bit too small, quite difficult to park if cars are plenty.
Room size not so big.
