Pros:

スタッフ皆さん対応が良かったです。設備の不備ついてもすぐに見に来てくれました。備品が欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれてサービスはとても良かったと思います。
カフェでのスタッフの対応も良く、一度だけパンケーキとジュースを頼みましたが、とてもおいしかったです。セブに行ったらもう一度食べたいと思いました。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯の温度も満足ではなった事。国が違うのでその国のスタンダードが違うのだと思います。

Want ik heb twee keer daar verblijven
En voor bewaard van mij kleine koffer moest ik 500 ph per dag betalen als ik niet meer bij hun boeken.
Wan ik wil terug naar cebu.

Pros:

The night receptionist girl was very attentive and brought us a blanket to the room when requested. Very friendly.

Cons:

The room is very small and the distribution makes it feel like there's wasted space. Most of the staff is very neutral, not a single smile did we get from them.

Muito pouca coisa, na verdade… o quarto estava limpo!

Cons:

Várias coisas:
- Não fazem troca de toalhas, não fazem a cama, nem a limpeza em nenhum dia da eatadia. So pedindo e por favor…
- a simpatia das rececionistas deixa muito a desejar
- a disponibilidade, simpatia e profissionalismo das pessoas que estão no restaurante é muito fraca, muito mesmo.
- o pequeno almoço é médio/fraco e não tem tudo disponível conforme mostra na lista, por exemplo, sumos naturais… nunca tem fruta suficiente para fazer um sumo.

The staff was amazing, the convenience of the restaurant, everything was very clean.

Cons:

A bit of noise in the morning, but I guess it’s like that everywhere. The blinds could be a bit more dark for my liking.
