Perfect location and good value
Pros:

The location of this hotel could not be any better. It was safe, everything was accessible, everything walkable. I would stay here again solely for the location.
The room was spacious and the staff were all friendly. They offered port wine on arrival too.

Cons:

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The floorboards were quite creaky in the room. Thankfully I was on the top floor so I had no creaky ones above me. And the curtain on the bedroom window doesn’t fully cover the window.

The location and design is nice.

Cons:

The hotel is on a busy street with large windows that have no sound insulation so it was difficult to sleep. I was there for a conference and when I asked for an iron in the morning I was told that the iron is with another guest and I have to wait until they clean their room and find that said iron. And recommended for me to go to a laundromat… For a business traveler this is not acceptable so would never go back there.

Lage sehr gut, Ambiente sehr nett, Personal nett, Zimmer mit Schwächen
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, man ist gleich am Fluss und bei den Lokalen, aber durch Lage in der Seitenstraße trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück einfach aber gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Fenster zum Innenhof, war leider nicht so beschrieben. Innenhof laut durch Klimageräte und Geruch durch Abluft Restaurant. Da wir zum Schlafen nicht im stickigem Zimmer liegen wollten, mussten wir damit leben und haben das Fenster aufgemacht. Wenn es zu laut wurde, musste man nachts aufstehen und schließen.
Abfluss vom Waschbecken war verstopft. Trotz Meldung am ersten Tag konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden.

Muito barulho vindo da rua!!! Não se pode ter um sono sossegado, infelizmente!

L'albergo si contraddistingue per l'unicità dell'arredamento ed atmosfera ricercata e curata nei dettagli, con ampie aree comuni eleganti e accoglienti. La posizione centralissima nel quartire de la Ribeira, è perfetta per visitare comodamente la città a piedi, con ottimi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione eccellente, abbondante e di qualità.
Staff gentilissimo, professionale e sempre super disponibile.
