Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Stadtzentrum. Das Phong-Nha-Touristenzentrum ist ganz in der Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Hotel hat sogar einen schönen Swimmingpool. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat mir zwei Touren vorgeschlagen, und mit beiden war ich sehr zufrieden.

Great stay at a great price.
Pros:

The proprietress and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with booking tours and transportation. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was made fresh to order and was really good. Location was perfect.

Cons:

I thought that the shower being combined with the toilet and sink area would be a problem, but really it wasn't.

I was thinking of using the pool but the patio one needs to cross to get to the stairs was dangerously slippery because of the rain and I didn't want to risk it. The next day I discovered a different route from inside the building that would not have been slippery. My fault for not asking, I guess. I just don't want others to make this mistake.

It was a bit noisy around 9-11 in the evening for sleeping. but I think that would be a problem with any hotel on this street, not the fault of the hotel. But it settled down.
