Hyggelig sted med god atmosfære
Pros:

En koselig atmosfære, og de ansatte er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hyggelig personale. Hotellet er hundevennlig, og man betaler en liten sum ekstra. Mange fine gåturer om man har hund, eller liker å gå. Jeg spiste middag, og maten anbefales! Veldig godt. Rommet jeg hadde var i en separat bygning, og var ganske lite, men sengen var fantastisk god! God frokost.

A warm, charming and enjoyable stay in a beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at La Clé des Châteaux. The restaurant area, fireplace and library were wonderful — reading by the fire under the high ceiling was a truly beautiful and cozy experience. The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and convivial. Our duplex room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. We also loved the outdoor spaces and the size of the property, which feels like a real resort. Even though it was too cold to enjoy the pool, the surroundings looked lovely and we can easily imagine how enjoyable it must be in spring and summer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for our night there

Cons:

The only small downside was that there is no elevator to reach the first floor, although it was just a few steps and the staff kindly offered to help with our luggage. We also felt that the meals were a little expensive for what they were, even though the food itself was very good. As it was my husband’s birthday, we would have loved a small personal touch — perhaps a candle on the dessert — but this is just a gentle suggestion, not a complaint.

Manque d’anticipation et réactivité de réapprovisionnement pour le petit déjeuner.
La chambre n’a pas été faite. Le personnel à l’accueil fait de son mieux ,mais où sont les responsables de l’établissement ?
C’est la première fois qu’on nous demande de régler les petits déjeuners et taxes de séjour dés notre arrivée,très maladroit !
