People working there were very kind.

Cons:

You can hear every little thing happening outside. Every car passing by, every motorcycle passing by, pedestrian laughing and talking loudly. Literally everything. We didn't get to sleep well too noisy. Floor was sticky. Air conditioning was so loud too. Bathroom drainage was horrible, after shower you'd wet the whole toilet cuz it gets clogged up.

If you're a light sleeper, avoid this hotel or you'd say bye to sleep.

Pleasant stay with more rooms for improvement
Pros:

Pretty spacious deluxe room, can sleep 2-3 more pax with additional mattress (got an upgrade as Booking.com member). There is indoor car park within the hotel. There are foodcourt, warung and kopitiam within walking distance. Not too far from town - 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

Cons:

More can be done on house-keeping end - limescale built-up on shower head and pipes, stains on mirror and coffee cups. No security from car park lift to rooms - anybody can get to rooms. Rates of RM100+ for standard room, weekdays/non-school hols/non-breakfast are a tad pricey. Noisy cleaners on hallway in the morning. No towels provided at next door/outdoor swimming pool.
