Convenient, comfort & good price
Pros:

Very spacious room - family room with 2 queen beds. Friendly staff, good location & reasonable room rates.

Good location, just cross the road, there are 2 warungs i.e Kedai Kopi & Warung Hajah Robiah

Pros:

It's near to jonker walk.

Cons:

The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the room was uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing.

Other than traffic sound at night, the stay is fair.
