Pros:

1) Easy access to surau & meals by foot.
2) Shopping shops nearby which also can be access by foot e.g. BO, Padini & Uniqlo.
3) Good and clear traffic to/from the working station located at Taman Teknologi Cheng
4) Spacious room and very clean floor
5) Friendly staff upon check-in & check-out
