Pros:

Excellent location, quiet but very close to beach and centre.
Comfortable bed. Pleasant room. Friendly staff. Parking on site.

Cons:

Interior a bit dated . Breakfast with limited choice also closes too early , 9.30 even at weekends.
Airco efficient but a bit noisy.
