Das Hotel hat ein zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage . Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt und räumlich großzügig angelegt . Speziell im Poolbereich ist genügend Platz mit natürlichen Schattenplätzen und Sonnenschirmen . Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den Gardasee ist phänomenal. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Es passt einfach alles in diesem hotel ... Liebe zum Detail und zur Arbeit des Hotelpersonals ist jederzeit spürbar. Top.
Ebenfalls verfügt, dass hotel über reichlich Parkplätze auch wenn es teilweise etwas eng zum rangieren ist . Allerdings hat jedes hotel am Gardasee dieses Problem .
Fazit : Rundum gelungener , erlebnisreicher und trotzdem erholsamer Aufenthalt . Wir kommen definitiv wieder .

Cons:

Fernsehhalterung nicht schwenkbar, wäre der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt.

This hotel deserves the highest rating because of the special welcome , food and comfort. Thank you.

After a very tiring journey from an early morning flight from Northern Ireland and a 3 hour car journey after hiring our car we were greeted with such a warm welcome . We had a gorgeous meal and cocktails at the bar followed by a very comfortable bed and good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent and the staff of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stroll around the garden pool and into the centre of the town . I am already looking forward to a return visit soon.Thank you for a wonderful memory. Hazel and Raymond

Top Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal, wir wurden von der Rezeptionistin in unser Zimmer geführt und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt. top Lage mit Pool und Whirlpool, sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Super freundliches Personal (familiengeführt!), tolle Lage, sehr sehr gepflegter Außenbereich ("Name ist Programm", tolle Pflanzen), Zimmer okay, Frühstück sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich, gute Lage und trotz Straßennähe nicht besonders laut (bei Zimmer Bergblick), private Sauna gegen Miniaufpreis gute Idee und sehr nett inkl Ruhebereich

Una spiacevole sorpresa

l’hotel è nuovo, il personale disponibile, la terrazza ha una vista splendida e l’idromassaggio è davvero molto bello.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per regalarci una notte speciale in un 4 stelle, con l’idea di vivere un’esperienza all’altezza della struttura e del prezzo pagato. Purtroppo, però, le aspettative create dal sito sono state in gran parte disattese.
Abbiamo pagato circa 420 € per una sola notte e, per questa cifra, ci aspettavamo una camera che corrispondesse realmente a quanto presentato online (una suite). La camera, invece, non ci è sembrata affatto una suite, ma una stanza piuttosto normale, la cui unica vera particolarità era l’idromassaggio.
Ma la vera delusione è stata la cena.
Abbiamo aggiunto la cena al soggiorno pagando 36 € a persona, una cifra che, per il tipo di struttura, ci faceva pensare a una proposta curata e di buon livello. Purtroppo è stata una delle esperienze più deludenti del soggiorno.
Abbiamo ordinato un’amatriciana, una lasagna al pesto, della carne e un bruschettone. Già la proposta ci è sembrata poco coerente con il luogo in cui ci trovavamo: invece di valorizzare prodotti e cucina del territorio, ci siamo ritrovati davanti a piatti che sembravano usciti da un qualsiasi ristorante turistico. L’amatriciana, peraltro, era preparata con pancetta al posto del guanciale.
La carne era durissima e tutt’altro che piacevole da mangiare.
Ma il bruschettone è stato probabilmente il simbolo della cena: ci aspettavamo una preparazione semplice ma curata, con pomodorini freschi, basilico e magari aglio. Ci è invece arrivato del pane con salsa di pomodoro buttata sopra, mozzarella tagliata e distribuita alla rinfusa e mezzo pomodoro appoggiato a lato. Una presentazione davvero poco curata, che sembrava più quella di un ristorante “acchiappa turisti” che quella del ristorante di un hotel 4 stelle.
Pagare 72 € in due per una cena di questo livello, dopo aver già speso 420 € per la camera, lascia sinceramente molto l’amaro in bocca.
A rendere la situazione ancora più spiacevole è stato il modo in cui è stata inizialmente accolta la nostra lamentela.
