Super schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Klein, persönlich und sehr fein.

Cons:

Der italienische Abend (Essen) war enttäuschend, da das Essen kalt war und eher Standard. Das hatten wir bei diesem sonst so perfekten Hotel nicht erwartet.

Accoglienza alla reception top, stanza molto bella con vista lago.

non mi è piaciuto per niente che non davano l'opzione per fare il late check out anche a pagamento perche negli hotel di alta categoria non esiste, non mi e inoltre piaciuto il personale delle colazioni, mi fissava insistentemente e non si fissano cosi i clienti in un hotel del genere anche se mi ero svegliata un po provata dalla sera prima,il ragazzo toscano mi continuava a chiedere se avessi bisogno d'aiuto la discrezione nel capire quando una cliente vuole essere lasciata in pace è la base!!! inoltre la spa a pagamento anche non mi sembra il caso.

Pros:

Amazing breakfast, staff were very friendly and the views of the mountains were spectacular. Accessible from the centre by foot, ofc expect some uphill walking but can’t complain when it’s besides the beauty of lake Garda.
