Não gostamos do serviço do Ibis Budget e não reservaremos mais hotéis desta rede.

Café da manhã é normal, nada excepcional.

Cons:

Recebemos um quarto com cama de casal que estava com cheiro ruim vindo do banheiro. No lençóis da cama tinham fios de cabelos (não eram nossos) e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, somente ventilação. Reclamamos na recepção e nos deram um quarto com 2 camas de solteiros pequenas e sem frigobar. No teto do banheiro deste segundo quarto havia uma aranha. O valor do estacionamento (serviço terceirizado) informado inicialmente foi de R$20, depois de R$32 e no final foi cobrado R$40.
