Bad and not on words
Pros:

Nothing I travel with my 3 year old baby we reach property morning 8 first they told us we will provide you room before check In after reaching they denied also their staff behavior was rude totally inappropriate behavior

The staff is very courteous and helpful. As a woman traveller, I was very skeptical at first to travel alone to Jharkhand with my son. The property and especially the staff really put me at ease. I got late from the temple to reach hotel in time for breakfast and they held on for some time and also allowed me an early checkin which was a blessing as I had come from a long journey. I would like to thank Mr Mukesh,Ms Priyanka and Mr C K Verma from the Reception staff for being so kind and accommodating, Pooja Mehta from housekeeping for ensuring our room was kept spic and span, the doorman who always held the door for us with a kind smile, and last but not the least,Ms Priya from the in house restaurant. The food here is also very good and hygienic. My son was very happy with the experience even if it was for a night, 2 days. I would recommend everyone to visit this place.

Nice Hotel

Cons:

Due to low night temperatures we requested for a Room Heater which could not be provided due to non availability. However, they supplied us an additional blanket which helped to some extent BUT room heater could have been a better option.

It was a pleasant stay .
