Hotel Piazza

We stayed one night at the hotel and everything was fine. The room was large enough and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro station and there's a small park next to it.

A convenient location right next to metro and by local airport bus stop. Comfortable room with satisfactory breakfast. Helpful staff. Room 404 though only had a small side window so was a bit gloomy

Location is good but they have a Horrible management. The manager him self is a very rude man that knows nothing about the costumer service. In my two nights stay the sheets and pillow cases never got changed, they even didn’t bother to change the dirty mugs in my room and it stayed there for the rest of my stay. They have construction inside the building so it was noisy almost all day. Second day and second night I had no water in my bathroom so no shower no washing hands for more than 12 hours. Let’s not even talk about breakfast which was truly bad and very limited so you better just ignore that and eat outside. And the worst part was that when I complained the manager yelled at me and said: so what leave and go to another hotel! I told him that you could just say sorry! He said for what !!!! It’s a 3 star hotel we don’t say sorry for our service!!
So people if you want to enjoy your time in Tbilisi just stay away from this hotel and it’s nightmares !

숙소 위치는 너무 좋아요. 역 바로 앞이라서. 그런데 청결은 정말 안좋았어요. 벽지는 얼룩이 있었고 화장실엔 곰팡이가 많았고 샤워헤드에서는 사방으로 물이 튀었어요. 창문이 복도로 나있어서 해가 들지않고 환기를 할 수 없었어요. 방안에 하수구에서 사는 나방이 여러마리 나왔어요

Regarding the view, it was truly breathtaking. Depending on the location of the room, you may have been able to see the ocean, mountains, city skyline, or some other stunning landscape. Whatever the case, it was definitely a sight to behold.

The balcony was a great feature, too. It allowed you to step outside and enjoy the view even more, while also getting some fresh air. Depending on the size of the balcony, you may have been able to sit outside and relax, or even have a small table and chairs for eating or working.

As for the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. They may have helped you with your luggage, provided recommendations for local activities or restaurants, or simply greeted you with a warm smile. Their kindness and helpfulness likely added to the overall positive experience of staying in the room.

Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impressive. You may have noticed that everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the bathroom to the bedding to the floors. This likely helped you feel more comfortable and at ease during your stay.

The staff were spoke good english and were very helpful. Breakfast was good. It is close to the metro and not far from the main tourist attractions.

Booked this hotel month before our visit for 3 nights, as we liked pictures and deacriptions. However, the hotel canceled our reservation with less than 24hr notice, and refused to provide an alternative. Really want to share this here, as would like to avoid others having this terrible experience.

Excellent stay. All staff were very welcoming and helpful, in particular Lisa. Ideal for exploring Tbilisi.

From the start the staff knew my name, helped arrange tours around the city if needed, could point in the direction of amenities needed and arranged my return to the airport.

メトロの駅とバス停のそばでスーパーも両替所もスーパーも目と鼻の先です。観光スポットにも10分も歩くとすぐ行けます。
これくらいの値段のホテルでは何を基準に何を求めるかだと思います。正直、朝ごはんは大変おいしかったのてですが、コバエが1、2匹飛んでいましたし、網戸がないので部屋の掃除が入った後に入ったのか黄金虫が部屋に居たりなどありました。ルームサービスの紅茶のティーバッグはむき出しで、交換してくれたバスタオルの一部が乾ききらずしめっていたことが1度ありました。でもタオルは毎日新しいものに交換されていました。屋上に出る踊り場で洗濯されたタオルが沢山は干されていました。それがその国での基準と受け入れてしまえば快適に過ごせます。それはホテル周辺の街を少し歩くと、現地の人の生活が少しわかってきます。
日本基準のサービスとクオリティを求めるなら、マリオットなどに泊まる事をオススメします。小さなホテルですので子供か階段でさわげば丸聞こえですし、夜中に帰ってくる大人が大声で話せばうるさいてす。普通のアパートの一室の感じでした。
5泊しましたがフロントの方々は皆親切で誰もが毎日声をかけてくれました。オーナーの女性は毎日何をしたのか？と聞いてくるので最終日にはすっかり仲良くなりました。最後に若い男性スタッフさをが大きなスーツケースを歩いて5分くらいのバス停まで運んでくれました。
シャワーやトイレが新しく使い勝手も良かったので私はまた機会があったら利用したいです。

Perfect location. Walkable to many things, also right by the Metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

The staff is really helpful, kind and caring... the location is interesting, 1 mn walk of the subway. The room with terrasse is charming. Everything of course perfectly clean ! This was perfection for us. That is why we came twice !!! ;-)

Cosy hotel. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Daily room clean and daily toiletries. Close to night life. Close to the metro station. Supermarket, pharmacie and restaurants are around it. Tour guide and private tours available at the hotel with reasonable prices.

Very friendly and convenient for walking down into town across the river. Only does breakfast but a very nice selection. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and well appointed and confortable. Beds were big and very comfortable. Near to square and some eating venues.

The hotel is very well located. There are Shops, Restaurants, a Metro station and the trinity church nearby. You can also reach old town with a max. 10 minute walk.
The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
Unfortunately the rooms itsel were a bit below average. The room and toilets were a bit smelly and the sink was leaking a bit. What I also did not like was that the sheets were only as wide as the mattress and did not go over the edge of the mattress. Make sure that you'll get a room with a window as there are several rooms without!
The breakfast was good - but not what you're used to if you're from western europe or the US - still liked it though!

The staff at the hotel is Amazing. The Manager Liza, is a sheer delight. Also the cleaning staff very obliging. A special mention about George ( the tour guide) and Livan ( the man who drove us around) were very friendly and comfortable.
They made our stay pleasant and wonderful. I had so much to take home with me about the culture and traditions of Georgians. It stands true that Georgians and peace loving and lovely people.

Outstanding staff!

Didn't spend enough time in the hotel to review breakfast, but overall impression is cheap in every sense of this world. We had no blanket, had to sleep under a bed cover (nope, not a comforter). In addition, there was no hot water or a warning about it.
