Ich war zweimal da, das erste und das letzte Mal.
Cons:

Direkt vor dem Fenster befand sich eine lärmende Klimaanlage in ca. 1,5 m breiten Zwischenraum der Häuser. Der Lärm war auch bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören.
Nachfrage bei der Rezeption für anderes Zimmer brachte
keinen Erfolg.
Mir wurde gesagt das die Anlage um 23:00 abgestellt werde. Sie lief die ganze Nacht. Dann wird man auch noch verarscht.
So ein Zimmer darf nicht vermietet werden, es sein den man hört sich den Lärm an und sagt dann ja.
Elementar und primär bei einer Übernachtung ist ein guter Schlaf und das setzt Ruhe voraus.
Beim Auschecken wurde ich gefragt ob alles gut war und habe diese Kritik so geäußert.

Pros:

The property was lovely. The room was lovely and clean and the view was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. On checking out we were offered a complimentary shuttle to the train station. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons:

The property is a good bit away from sorrento town but there is a public bus stop 50m from hotel that travels very regularly into sorrento and the hotel can provide a shuttle bus in the evening

The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was plentiful.

Definitely will be back. One of best hotels I have stayed in.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with private beach. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and stylish. Many room have fabulous views.

The on-site restaurant is good. There are other places in the same cove to eat. Roof top bar which is open in the summer has stunning sunset views.

We had a big, confusing group and the hotel front desk staff patiently solved everyone’s problems. They were great and helpful.

I loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The minor downside is location. The private beach means that you are the bottom of a hill with 85 steps. There is a local bus to the Circumvesuviana train station which comes every 15 minutes, the hotel sometimes has a shuttle available, or it is a 20 minute walk. The train goes to Naples (1 hour 15 minutes), Pompei (1 hour) and Sorrento (30 minutes). There is on-site parking. These issues are a worthwhile trade-off, making this a great trade-off in value for money.
