Quiet location.
Not a proper hotel. It's a student accommodation block. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, no bar, no restaurant, room very small. I actually checked out and drove home instead of staying the night.

Full of lots of people drinking and shouting, not controlled by staff, lots of rubbish in parking bays in morning
No air con in rooms and unfortunately we were in the middle of a heatwave
