Pros:

The price was excellent. Staff are always good and it's generally a clean hotel. The coffee and croissant is always appreciated as well.

Cons:

I stop here every 3 weeks, but chose a different hotel last time due to a price increase at the time, but mainly because unless you request them to check each time for the smart TV features to be working then they generally don't!

Most of us now watch YouTube/netflix etc. So it's frustrating when the TVs in the rooms aren't connected to the internet or simply don't work.

I again requested them to check before I arrived. I got a confirmation but it wasn't done as the TV didn't work. So again I had to watch on my phone! I'd unpacked and got into bed so didn't request to change rooms ..

Also the mattresses desperately need changing. You slide into a grove in the middle of the beds. Very uncomfortable, I had to use an extra pillow I requested to stop me sliding into the groove!

Convenient and well priced.
Pros:

Great value for money. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely staff.

Cons:

It was on a uni campus so unavoidable noise on a Saturday night!
