Great little hotel
The problem not a fault of the hotel was the constant noise from other guests. I stayed over on a Thursday for an important work meeting the next day but got little to no sleep as guests were shouting until 5am!

It was good value and clean in a decent location.
The free breakfast mentioned vegan croissant however in the morning when we asked we were told they didn't do these anymore.
It was also a little noisy because of it's location within the university campus but not overly so.

On my last couple of stays i've had issues with the beds slowly bending into a U shape overnight. Not sure if its the mattresses or the bedframes, but you end up sort of stuck in a dip in the middle of the bed which, after a couple of nights leads to a sore back.
Kitchen never has cutlery. Bring your own.
Door closers in rooms need looking at. Constant slamming through the night.
The whole building is crazy hot if the sun comes out.
Good location and price. Pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included after paying only £30 for a night stay.
Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke even after leaving the extractor on throughout the night. Bath towel provided also smelled heavily of cigarettes. Toilet also unclean. Only Wi-Fi guest network available had no internet connection so had to hotspot for work.
