Отель с отличным расположением, всё рядом и удобно. Номер уютный, чистый, всё необходимое есть. Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда помогает и улыбается. Нам всё очень понравилось, с удовольствием приедем ещё раз! 🌿✨

Locatia este in apropierea mijloacele de transport in comun si in apropierea magazinelor si restaurantelor. Personalul a încercat sa fie drăguț si lenjeria a fost curata.

Temizlik, hizmet vs herşey yeterliydi. Kahvaltı zayıftı ancak çok önemli değil.
Tek kötü durum, otel konumundan kaynaklanan dışardaki gürültü.

Das Hotel ist in einer belebten Straße mit Kneipen und Cafés. Wir hatten das oberste Suite mit kleiner Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war wirklich in einem nicht guten Zustand. Der Boden war klebrig und In einer Nische lag ein großer Kartons und eine Regipsplatte rum. Die Eingangstür zum Zimmer hatte eine unverputzte offene Regipsplatte mit Nägel und Schrauben. Das Bad war stark sanierungsbedürftig mit einer nicht mehr ansehnlichen Kalk- und Seifenresten befallen und defekten Duschkabinentür. Bis spät um Mitternacht war Livemusik zu hören und die Fenster hatten so gut wie keine Schalisolation. Vor einer Fensterbank lag zudem ein ausgerolltes dreckiges Handtuch. Zum Schluss dachten wir, dass vielleicht uns noch das angepriesene „Kontinental Frühstück“ etwas milde stimmen könnte. Leider war auch das sehr enttäuschend. Letztlich ist uns wirklich schleierhaft wie das Hotel zu den guten Bewertungen gekommen ist. Unser Start in den Istanbulurlaub ist mit dieser Unterkunft gänzlich missglückt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

We stayed for two nights and honestly should have left after the first. I will preface by saying that the staff who helped us were very kind and attentive. Our problem is that the hotel is listed as non-smoking, with signs literally everywhere stating that smoking is prohibited, yet the lobby and all areas of the restaurant allow smoking. Even with the signs in the lobby, people (including staff members!!) smoked.

Our first room was in the main building, right above the restaurant. The cigarette smoke was unbearable and we weren’t able to sleep. The next day, I asked to be moved to another room to avoid the smoke, which they obliged. The new room seemed fine, it smelled normal and was further from the restaurant and in another building. HOWEVER, during the evening, some other guests were smoking and it permeated the hallway. Because there is a gap between the door and the floor, the smoke wafted into our room. When I complained to the front desk, they told me they couldn’t tell who it was and couldn’t help me, that I should put on the air filter in the room’s aircon (couldn’t, they removed the button). We opened the windows but the music from the restaurant was so loud, we (again) couldn’t sleep. We really regret not just asking for the second night to be cancelled so we could go to a hotel that was actually a non-smoking hotel.

Either enforce the rules or don’t list your hotel as non-smoking. The signs all over the lobby were performative, they meant nothing.

Everything was wonderful, especially the girl at the front desk. I didnt get her name, but you cant miss the only redhead for miles in every direction~

The room was just as advertised, and there were four bottles of water (two spring, two sparkling) in the fridge.

My only complaint is how loud the neighborhood is. Someone played the same at top volume for literally six straight hours.

Otherwise, it's a great area with tons to do~

Sfeervol, attent en vriendelijk personeel, leuk restaurant met live muziek. Gezien hoge trappen niet geschikt voor stramme of pijnlijke gewrichten.

Mittelmäßige Leistung

Dieses Hotel ist mitten in der Bar Meile. Fenster offen unmöglich zu schlafen. Bis morgens Partyleben. Klimaanlage immer wieder ausgegangen nach 5 Minuten. 1 Tag und ein fürchterliches Zimmer gegeben. Ist auf den Bilder nicht enthalten gewesen. Aufpreis besseres Zimmer bekommen. Würde ich nicht empfehlen
